I’ve incorporated the following ideas and am noticing positive results. - I bought a food scale and now track my macros - I eat tons of fat-free Greek Yogurt now - 10,000 steps per day - Replaced skim milk with milk from the nut of my choice :) - Walden Farms maple “syrup”
Did all of those, except Walden Farms maple syrup. We don't have that in the EU, at least not that I could find. I also changed my workout routine a bit. And incorporated some new exercises thanks to Will
