- A short review of my 1999 Harley EGC, picked up the bike in early spring for $4300. 95ci kit installed at about 10k miles along with different cam, and also upgrade to the cam chain tensioners. Replaced stock seat with a slightly used m the Vance & Hines slip on.
Looks like you got a pretty good deal. I have a 2000 FLHTCI ElectraGlide Classic (fuel injected). I've moved it to my spare bike or backup bike as it currently has 113K miles. I love the colors on those early twin cams and your bike is really pretty. Enjoy riding it and stay safe.
M7? I think you meant M8 engine
At 4300 bucks I think you made out like a bandit on that one
fiberglass the inside of the tourpack and put in a liner. a good winter project would be pulling it off and sand fiberglass and repaint the outside of the tourpack.
I have its twin, only in the 2000 model year.
I have a 08 ultra classic with 34000 miles and it’s a great bike
Sounds like stock cams to me?
Nice bike.
I have one a lot of your information was incorrect, and it did come with the lowers
Really, that's news to me, so what info is inaccurate? Previous owner claimed he bought the lowers on ebay.
$4300... i think you did well. i paid $8k back in 1993 for a '77 electra glide. i way overpaid... it was worth 1/2 that. but, that was back when supplies of harleys were very limited.
Nice bike.
Just picked up an 08, ultra classic , 35000 miles , looks almost new, $500.00 guy had no key, fob, or title. Had to call the dealer for p.i.n. The rest is in the works. In the meantime, still riding my 2 1800 vtxs', and my 1900 Raider. So easy to deal with them metric cruisers.
Best color hd made💚
