Very good instructional video. However on the front flip turn, I wouldn’t describe it as a dolphin kick but as a semi- dolphin kick. When I was first taught this, I started the dolphin kick at the top of my body, which made my head and shoulders come partially out of the water thus slowing me down. I found that just pulling my knees closer to my chest reduced my rotational inertia enough to speed up my rotation.
Instructions are clear and helpful with different types of turns. Thanks.
I really love this amazing video. It had tech me what my swimming teacher never did. Really live it.
Great video I must go and practice the open turns. Never saw them before. Something new for me to master.
Best explanation for turns
This is very informative. Thank you!

Hard to break bad habits; I cannot stop at one revolution anymore with my flip turns and that is counterproductive.
