Your chicken truck is looking, I give you high honors, more like a Mexican Fighting 🐓 Rooster. You are a very talented individual with a highly artistic talent in your creation, on a low budget. That is what I appreciate in a garage build.
I like the way the grill is moving, good eye for style there. It will be one of a kind for sure. Thank you to all who have donated and thanks to our fabricator as well. Very entertaining! Happy turkey day as well.
Great episode.. I love the lines that the grill imparted on that frontend. The look is getting more and more "Barris" like as you go along.. Beautiful ride! Thanks for bringing the humour and the talent!
As all your other followers, I really appreciate the generosity of Tom and other donors who make your projects and the videos we all enjoy possible. Best wishes.
Thank you Tom and Silent donator for the taillights / lenses, hardware. I'm sure Kyle is so happy he couldn't sleep. I'm happy for him seeing the final lines of the quarter panel helps settle the mind. I live in Florida, seeing the snow was surprising. 70 / 80' here.
All the mods and grafted peices really do come together nicely. Very much looking forward to the sheet metal fabrication from the bucks. That will really showcase your skills. Ill say it again, carters auto restyling, my favorite UA-cam content!!
You have such a good eye for what work's on these old beauties, you picked a good name for your channel. I was so glad to see a video, because I'm down for awhile from having a knee replacement that took over 3 hour's, when the surgeon said it should take 45 minutes. I told the guy i had an MRI back in 2018, and that it showed a cyst in my tibia where i had ACL reconstruction in 09, and a ganglion cyst growing around my tendons. The guy was trying to tell me it was something else, and only took a dang x ray. After surgery, i had no family with me because they're mostly gone, but this Dr. tells me nothing but it was a mess in there. They did blood woork before the surgery, and afterwards, which i have never had them do even after, even when the original work accident that jacked up my whole leg. I wrote all the stuff down, and all the blood counts were below normal, and my white blood count was way above high, but was normal before surgery, that's why they kept me longer and were giving me i.v. antibiotics. I'm saying all this, because always have an advocate with you, and don't let them tell you you don't know your own body, and get a second opinion if they don't listen. I know 4 people right now having to be the Dr. to tell them what the problem is, two of these people almost died. Sorry for goung off on here, but the medical help is garbage no matter where you live, and filled with such bs, it's not just the quality of the junk being made today. G-d bless, and the chicken tryck is getting a new grill so he doesn't feel so violated. Bei g i. Michigan, not looking forward to the snow, come on spring.
I was so happy to see the explaining chicken today. You know, some people get the blues when the holidays come around, and I'm one of them. But Carter's Auto Restyling is a definite spirit-lifter! I want to be an ominous donor someday.....
I like what you're doing Kyle. The front end is going to look pretty good. A lot of work ahead of you, but you'll masterfully sculpt out a hood that'll fit just fine. Looks like winter has definitely arrived in your neck of the woods, big time!
I like te way the chicken truck is progressing as a custom a lot of Great ideas. That grill once you get the rest of that hood to match is gonna look Killer Kyle. Loves seeing your cats Kyle my poor Duke I had for 18 years passed away last week. I had him and my Dog Chubby in some of my you tube videos. Thanks for the video.
Love the looks of the Caddy grill. I was thinking about the same as your tape/paper idea just before you showed it. Once the bumper is modified to fit it's gonna be the chickens cluck. B.B.B., big, bold, beautiful and in your face. Thanks Tom and un-named donator.
Great to see Kyle wrenching and fabricating again. Wow you have a lot of snow. We are enjoying sunny skies here in South Africa. Take care and be safe.
Kyle, when you're finished with the chicken truck you ought to drive it by the boneyard you bought it from with a few pictures of what you started off with just to see their reaction.
Another good episode! I like the Cadillac grille, it's an intersting touch. You have an artists' eye. The Chicken truck is art, so worth waiting for. Thanks for another great video! Cheers.
Seems fitting to have Kyle back with the Chicken Truck, on Turkey day. To all you saintly contributors to our efforts on the channel, Thank you so very much, and Happy Clucking. Good to see you again Kyle. Be well.
Hi Kyle. The Cadilac bumper and grill look awesome on the chicken truck! Pretty interesting to see the blue green tarnish on the underside of the top rail when you turned it over. I imagine that was from the copper plating done before the chrome plating from when the grill was made. Thanks Tom and the anonymous donors for helping with the chicken truck project.
Yay! The Chickenmobile is back in action! Loving the Caddy grill. Nothing like Chicken grilled in a Caddy...or something... The 90s Boyd thing? DO IT! Just to make people cry. PLEASE OH PLEASE DO IT! (I used to have a rod with those sawblade alloy rims back in the early 2000s).
You didn't mention it, but the Pontiac hood peak also works well with the hint of a peak in the roof directly above the split windshield. Nice! Always enjoy your sense of humor 🙂
I think your 90s street-rod plans for the Chev are on the mark and awesome... I'm assembling a mob as we speak.. (do you have any pitch forks, or should we bring our own?) Cheers from the Shed
There are still a few pitchforks left behind from the last angry mob. I will be renting them out for $15.95 per day. All non-authorized pitchforks will be confiscated and rented out to the next angry mob...
@@CarterAutoRestyling a bit off topic but in the last couple of videos my comments seem to get deleted even after a couple of tries. wonder if this happens to others.
Chicken truck, chicken puppet.....lots of chicken on Turkey Day! Custom Cadillac Chicken Truck lookin' awesome. Big thanks to Tom and the other guy for the generous donations! Thanksgiving Day indeed. Cheers! 😎👍🛻🏁🏁🦃🐔
Back in 1988 I worked in a junkyard. I sold a 50ish Cadillac floral car ... It looks almost like what you are building.... Yes it was a BB duel 4's with the oil bath air cleaner.... It also had the flip tail light
I was trying to remember where those 50’s Cadillac fins had been used before on a custom truck. And then it struck me. The Cheech & Chong ‘Weed Wagon’!
You caught me out! I was really enjoying the music on this episode and was going to congratulate you on your choices right up until the “generous dudes and cat” segment at the end there. OK, it was alright, just unexpected. Loved watching you crunch about in the snow, reminded me that here in the U.K. we endured the worst snow storm for about 26 gazillion years recently. At least 3 inches and laid for almost 4 days thanks to those minus 6 degree C temps. We are tough in the north aren’t we? Good vid.
Great work Kyle. I'm a fan of your metal fabrications and sarcasm. But seriously, the pink and teal treatment really started in the 80's. I have a pile of Hot Rod and Car Craft magazines to prove it. As far as saw blade wheels go, I'm a fan of the original Torq Thrust wheels and have them on 3 of my cars.
Good one!!!! I threw up a little bit when I thought you were going to put that waterfall on the hood. I like what you did with the grill, that's the perfect angle. I'm eager to see your process for making the panels(not the spray foam ones).Thank you for a great show, see you next time.
Wow, you guys really got hit with winter. I was still raking leaves yesterday, but it started snowing some pathetic white birdshit type of snow today in Ontario. Hats off to Tom.
That was really cool of TOM to help you out with those taillight assembles. Maybe you should invite him up so he can get some hair styling at Carter's ranch of HairREstyling.
A shootout to Tom and Mr X for donating those Cadillac taillights. They will look great on this truck. Another shootout to the gentleman who made the donation to the other trucks interior. It really is going to look great in it. That grille is going to look great on the truck. I am looking forward to seeing this build. It is going to be a cool ride. Cheers!
The Cadillac grill looks good on the Chicken Truck. Getting the tail lights, sure got you out of a jam. It would have been hard to find good ones (if you could) at the salvage yard. You can keep the snow, I haven't gotten any yet down here in my neck of the woods.
I was gonna spend this money on a Thanksgiving turkey to feed my poor, starving family but I decided your channel was more deserving.
At least you have your priorities straight.
Hahah thanks Chris! I hope your family will forgive you!
Don’t let it bother you, there’s plenty of turkeys, but only one chicken truck ,open a can of pork and beans ,priority’s .
Best comment ever.

"panicking about the date code on their points ignition" has me laughing so hard my wife is giving me the stink eye.
Glad to see more of the chicken truck. It's fairly impressive how well that caddy grill actually fits to the truck.
Man I can see your vision for the 35 Chevy it’s awesome can’t wait. The bowtie back glass and tuned port SBC is the icing on the cake
I remember changing the fuel pressure regulator on one in the early 90's. What a nightmare
Your vision is really starting to come together. This thing is gonna be sweet when it's done

Watching this from Florida. I forgot that it's snowing up that way. But Florida is way too hot in July and August especially.
