- In this this tutorial I unveil my new custom designed, 3D printed switch panel. This panel is made specifically for the 04-05 Suzuki GSXR 600/750/1000 models with the same speedometer depicted in the video.

The Chemist designed, custom race inspired switch panel is a direct bolt-on switch panel housing incorporating four round LED lit rocker switches, and a 15-20 amp/12-24 round voltmeter. The printed housing material consist of a durable Black PLA 3D printed plastic that has a gloss shine appearance.
No additional modifications such as drilling and cutting into the plastic housing of the speedometer is needed. Aside from adding a washer and flipping a rubber busing this is all that it required to mount the switch panel.

3D printing is the easy part (file/print), it's designing that's that hard part.. Fusion 360 is where the rabbit hole begins. Start with the trial version and see if it's for you.

Ya, I was wondering the same thing. Not sure what happen this time around with the UA-cam uploader. Some audio sound bits came out louder than others when I had them all set to equal Vol. in post. Odd!
@@TheChemistDIY - Is there a normalize option in the editor?? BTW, we can do with the fluff material & just get with the content, just annoying. Love your skills, couldn't care about the fluff.
@@RockerGuy0001 Normalize audio option, no not that I'm aware of, I've actually researched it because it happen more times than not, but funny thing is that audio volume on a phone is different then on a computer which leads me to believe that it has to do with a windows or computer setting related the sound card. As for the fluff, well ya I feel ya on that but UA-cam requires a certain video length for monetization and its that monetization that funds the projects. Not saying it's a whole lot of money but ya every bit helps. I just recently discovered how to add video tags to the description section so you can jump straight to the meat and bypass the fluff. I'm working on it brother.. lol.
