I have the same van, and just noticed that the radio the previous owner installed does not have the Y bracket thingy… wonder if you know where I can get one online? Thanks

I don't unfortunately. I bought it a few years back when I made the Fiat Punto DAB upgrade video (ua-cam.com/video/mzwqYtCpm3s/v-deo.html).
It's an unbranded sort of generic unit, If you search online for something along the lines of "Car DAB Antenna Converter" you should find something similar/suitable though!
They are great little handy boxes though and saves running more cables for an extra antenna.
