The name has been changed from Alien Registration Card to Residence card from this year... it's the same thing.

No you can't..
Long visa holders can apply who stay more than 3 months.

I think you have to show because it's the proof of your address, but rules change day by day so I would request you to confirm once by calling 1345 and enquire regarding the necessary documents.

Hello might sound silly but do i need to fill the form on ms word or after printing i can fill out with pen..i am confused

We edited on word then printed and signed.

You better ask this question from your country's embassy..about visa issuance and stuff because I don't have any information about this.
i m from india ,Do i have to get the Tbpe ,hiv and tuberculosis test from my home country? or i have to get them in korea?
We only need tuberculosis report, but while applying for visa you should have done tuberculosis test so it will be valid for few months so no need of doing tests.

Nowadays the name has been changed to Residence card from Alien Registration Card.

Hello,,, i want to know that,,which tests are included in the Arc medical test?
We are from India and we had to do Tuberculosis test only during visa application. Didn't require any other test while applying for ARC since the tuberculosis test is valid for 3months.

He had only his ARC.

Yes if you get your ARC then she can also go and apply for F3 visa
You can do your tuberculosis report in india it's ok or I have to do in korea?
Before applying for a visa you are supposed to do the TB test and submit the report along with other documents . And it's valid for 3 months so if you are traveling within that no need to do it again.

No need to worry ..a message will be sent after making the reservation, it will also work..or you can print it out later by visiting my page in hikorea website.

is there an expiration date?
It has a validity of upto 1-2yr after that you need to renew but the card will be same only the extention date will be printed on the card

There is no easy way... You need to stay at least for 5 years with proper source of income in Korea. Plus korean language is must.

Waw they ask for way too much documents
Rules are changing day by day...maybe they have changed the documents required.
South Korea makes getting ARC unnecessarily complicated and hard. People who worked there were so rude and unfriendly. It was so disappointing and left very bad impression on South Korea.
