Not just possible, that is exactly the case. I imagine Crellan likely didn't know about the Blight. Assuming Codemasters rarely get beaten, they don't need to have more than 1 or 2 backup scans of their locations to give out to those who are victorious. In that final match of theirs we see a big earthquake hit the chasm, and as Smildon said the Blight appeared shortly after the ground shook worse than ever before. I’m glad the creatures of Prexxor Chasm won’t have to worry about that whatever it is anymore but what is it and where did it come from? (Also not nearly as scary in this definition than the last.)
So the real question is, how did Tom get that Slime Sample, AND the spear to and from Prexxor Chasm and Garv's place?? I thought you couldn't bring items with you back to the Dromes. Did he get special clearance from Crellan to do so?
You don't go back to the drome's while porting. The players use the scanners to teleport from one place to another. And it is possible to take something with them if they are porting in Perim. We saw it once before when Peyton ported with a mugic to get to the Eye of the Maelstrom. They just can't bring anything back from Perim to Chaotic except scans. I also don't think they can teleport with creatures, just inanimate objects.
Which makes me confused on that one episode before the animation style changed and Kaz’s jerky teacher in the real world was able to teleport creatures from Perim into Chaotic.
The only thing that I was disappointed in is that the song of stasis from episode 30 wasn't a possible solution and the show could have definitely mentioned it because the creatures in the location aren't in a tribe so even if Tom used it in the beta drom he would need to get one and an overworlder their or get the mugic that allows any tribe to cast any mugic from any tribe but ya the episode was good.

I'm surprised he never uses this scan of the chasm. Imagine how much of a mindfuck it would be if he used it against a codemaster. Trying to get your opponent 3rd partied in a 1v1 is definitely a surprise.
Hope Tom keeps that scan of Blighted PC. It'd be smart to use as an X-factor that his opponents would need to figure out since the various attempts to destroy it appear to show a degree of combat familiarity to it when it comes to his battle awareness.
It reminds me of Mange, a disease that typically affects creatures with a compromised immune system, which can happen when malnourished. With the blight tearing through the chasm, finding food that hasn’t been destroyed or driven away, or just staying out of that thing’s path, it isn’t surprising that whatever that creature is wouldn’t be getting enough to eat.
But it's impossible for that to be the case since creatures don't show up in location scans. The fact that they're running into it in dromes means it's part of the location. Like scanning the Doors of the Deepmines as they opened and the giant wave of water came flooding out.
One thing I never understood is I always had this thought. Why didn't Tom just ask his friends for their scanners. And get them scans of that canyon after the blight was destroyed
I think he is unable to give that specific location scan to people who haven't defeated Crellan unless they can find their own way to get into the Chasm without needing a scan. From what i remember it look like from when Tom first ported to the Chasm in season 1, he was standing on a petruding rock in the middle of a cliff face that Crellan could've have climb down to discover the location. I wouldn't be surprise if the chasm is near the forest of life and its just some hard to reach cliff that you need to get to. The other Codemaster location was just a generic location with a trick to access other locations in the past so pretty much everyone had the scan just didn't realize what the location was about.
3:27 See how Sarah sat right next to Tom, giving him that look, yup, she likes him I will not take criticism, lol. they're a match made in fandom heaven

I think the designs for season 1 were better, but the animation for seasons 2 and 3 might be better.
@@jaredhamilton425 Smildon had red eyes and white fur in season 1
I’m glad the creatures of Prexxor Chasm won’t have to worry about that whatever it is anymore but what is it and where did it come from? (Also not nearly as scary in this definition than the last.)
Really cool Tom helped out Smildon and Prexor Chasm.
@@spenserfarman3045 That episode was a dream so it doesn’t really mean anything.
@@endeavortabarsi5158 no shara brought a can opener to a Danni tricking thinking it was battle gear
@@jakk2631 you can bring stuff with you to chaotic just not the other way around
Crellan: Well done, Tom
I love how all of these episodes just popped up randomly
13:24 What a wasted opportunity to get a cool location scan, I would have taken advantage of it to get a new version with a bigger Blight
what a great episode this one is in my top 5
What an episode 10/10 all the way ❤️💙
The only thing that I was disappointed in is that the song of stasis from episode 30 wasn't a possible solution and the show could have definitely mentioned it because the creatures in the location aren't in a tribe so even if Tom used it in the beta drom he would need to get one and an overworlder their or get the mugic that allows any tribe to cast any mugic from any tribe but ya the episode was good.
@@whothis5810 They should have made Chasm quest into a two-part episode. Part two would be exactly like blight fight except tom wouldn't use the robot from Gigantempopolis since that wasn't shown until season 2. Instead, Tom would use the viledriver. So there would be no need for blight fight. The reason I’m saying this is because I like the blight’s original design better. Season 2’s design was terrible.
@Boba Fett: Shut up, dweeb.
I'm surprised he never uses this scan of the chasm. Imagine how much of a mindfuck it would be if he used it against a codemaster. Trying to get your opponent 3rd partied in a 1v1 is definitely a surprise.
I would give anything for this show to come back
Me too, if mtf did not exist, chaotic would be my top option cuz of m'arillians.
The same
Was hoping for this. Great to see Chasm Quest resolved.
Tom probably couldve one shotted the blight if he used allmageddon. That shit destroys everything and is OP as hell
We did not get enough Creatures from Prexxor Chasm in the physical card game.
Hope Tom keeps that scan of Blighted PC. It'd be smart to use as an X-factor that his opponents would need to figure out since the various attempts to destroy it appear to show a degree of combat familiarity to it when it comes to his battle awareness.
I actually had a Lake Morn Globe Storm card, every time I looked at it I thought of this episode, heh!
When I first saw this episode, I was so glad they finished this storyline.
The blight is gone
Awesome!
One of thee best episodes!
Like, Wile E. Coyote! Could you NOT right now?
Bueno al menos me queda la satisfacción que al final Tom si pudo escanear en el lugar que su mentor le dio
Finally now that place is safe well basically rid of that gooey monster
Imagine if he used the sick prexxor chasm scan in a code master match there's no telling what could happen especially against hotek
I like Smelldon's season one design.
I guess Tom finally got Smildon
they have trains why didnt we see these trains earlier
If only it was this easy to get rid of Covid
Exactly!
I Love this Show
Same here bro.
the ticks on that wolf creature are straight from Australia lol
It reminds me of Mange, a disease that typically affects creatures with a compromised immune system, which can happen when malnourished. With the blight tearing through the chasm, finding food that hasn’t been destroyed or driven away, or just staying out of that thing’s path, it isn’t surprising that whatever that creature is wouldn’t be getting enough to eat.
Bettin the ooze was the caretaker, cleansing the casm of an actual blughy
That’s a cool concept. Although it would be very awkward. “We killed the caretaker cause he looked like a disease.”
That ooze was destroying Prexxor chasm
I should have known that creature was going to mess up their plans 😱😱😩
That is amazing ending
3:27 See how Sarah sat right next to Tom, giving him that look, yup, she likes him
I will not take criticism, lol. they're a match made in fandom heaven
I'm finding all these Tom and Sarah shiping comments on these videos and I'm growing shockingly fine with it
I mean there were several instances like that. There was an episode were Peyton and Kaz had a scavenger scan hunt before their match and it pretty much was a date montage for them.
Yeah, plus the Episode where tom and Sarah are waiting for nagerian.
@@sorenman1 There was also an episode where Sarah called Tom trustworthy and honest
4:55 While maybe it still wouldn’t have done anything Tom should’ve tried Almageddon on the blight instead of it’s weaker counterpart since the “Apocockypse” only does half the amount of damage that Almageddon does.
The problem with that is allmageddon dosent just destroyes your enemy’s it destroys everything around it if a creature did it the whole location could go bye bye
@@blueengineer4554Not true….you should’ve seen the battle with the final episode when Heptadd used Allmageddon against Vataag. Maxxor, Tom, and the crew survived by taking cover. But I think it also depends on how much power you use in it as well.
My favorite episode
I liked the white coloring on smeldan the blue just looks weird also why did it take so long to make this episode
yeah. also taking the black from the eye line makes it somehow look less impressive.
I'm glad Chasm Quest got a follow up episode even if it is in S2.
you know if I were tom I would keep the scans of Prexor Casum with the blight for matches there's nothing like when the location is also trying to kill you & if your opponete is unprepared for it it could decimate them
This might be my favorite episode.
I ship them so hard. It's like the set up of falling in love. Fanfic writers, to your keyboards!😮
Great stuff!
Awesome
American Chaotic
It was definitely that funny 😂
I always wondered in the world of Perrin where is prexxor chasm?? Is it located on a different continent that has harsh oceans surrounding it so no one can enter?
You think tom is studying to be a pharmaceutical doctor?
IKR? I even made a picture of him along with Sarah as a nurse.
That is awesome
I feel like Smildon had a visual downgrade with the new animation
I liked smildon having the full red eye instead of this design
And after that Tom was never gonna use Smildon ever!
Should have taken the Marillians to fight the blight
Prexxor Chasm 100% Blight free
That's stupid evil toxic blob anytime tom beat that thing it's seems like the evil blob has no weaknesses you can attack it destroy it and blasted it but it can't not destroy it it's immune everyone monsters cards attacks no effects.
I once tried to pirate various chaotic codes from the show. None of them even registered though. Total killjoy.
I tried the exact same thing lol
Where's Proboscar? o.o
Too bad tom never used smildon or his new prexxor chasm scan in a drome match
I have a caretaker card! I have Herken. I wonder what location he's the caretaker of?
So, no one brother to tell Tom about the caretakers any sooner?
Well maybe payton though this was some kind of mugic effect on the land and not somthing "organic"
