    This is the UK version of the Instant Pot Pro as its my kitchen its my rules and I don't always follow approved methods or recipes followed by other countries.

    Thanks for the info. I did not realize how easy. Fast compared to my Presto. My altitude I always have to can for 90 minutes. 🙏🙏🙏
