Apart from the excellent video and heartwarming conversation, I'd like to spot out the little participant of the interview 😊 The girl is so adorable !!!
I absolutely love how she just stays around without being naughty or interrupting 😊😊
Her name is Kim. She wanted to be on the video too)) And helped me to put my tripods down after the shot. Little star 🌟 and future director 📹📽️🎬
Congratulations! Great video! Very well done. I really enjoyed this interview.
Thank you so much!
Катя... very great video! Really liked it.
Thank you a lot ☺️
It is nice to learn English with you, Katya) Thank you for the nice interwiew
Thank you, Kari 🌺 my pleasure!
As a black American who’s been considering traveling to Ukraine, this is very informative. Thank you so much for making such an interesting video, the man you interviewed seems like a very genuine and nice guy.
Welcome to Ukraine 🇺🇦🇺🇸 you would love it. (And try some local food anyway 😉).
Thank you for this interview Ekaterina. I am coming to live in Dnipro later on in the year so it's good to hear a bit about the place.
Thank you for your warm words. You would love it here. The place is small, calm and convenient to live in and you would be amazed how cheap everything is (for foreigners comparing to other paces in the world, but not for locals whose income is quite low too).
I can appreciate that. Having lived in a few countries and in particular, cities outside the capital, Dnipro looks reminiscent of them. Thank you again.
@@davidnicholas478 Yeah.... cheap. Rent is cheap, but if you are from England, be ready to pay twice for canned food. Pulses are pricy, forget about jams from the bottom of the shelf for 25p. Double it. Root vegetables are cheap. Everything else I'd rather buy in London. I mean for a well-rounded diet - milk, veges and pulses (i'm a vegetarian), London is cheaper than Dnipro. And btw frozen food is expensive as well. More expensive than in London. Some groccery stores like Silpo are pretty much in the price range of M&S food. So much for poor Ukrainians. Not many Londoners can afford M&S food prices.
This is a great video. Could you please please do a new video with this same man a year later. A update video to see if any of his views have changed.
Greetings from Brazil.
Greetings from Ukraine 🇺🇦🇧🇷
Great Video
Thank you ☺️
I want to visit but have major concerns about language and rasicm.. should I be worried?.
Wow nice coversation lovely people♥️
Thank you ☺️
Hi Katya! Well, what can I say about this latest video of yours? Well, quite frankly, lots!
Firstly, I'd just like to say 'молодец!'. What an absolute professional you are as an interviewer. You're such a natural talent, which I guess stems from many years of being a teacher and UA-cam host!
Anyway, thank you so much for introducing Moses to us. He seems to be a genuinely pleasant, intelligent, hardworking and interesting fellow. I once knew an African guy named Moses. He was from Uganda and was similarly pleasant and friendly. Unlike the late Robert Mugabe. And Idi Amin. What awfully corrupt dictators they were.
Anyway, it must certainly have been a culture shock to him when he first arrived in Ukraine. But as he says, by now it must feel like a second home. And the ability to speak a little Russian must certainly help! I just about got the gist of your questions to Moses in Russian. Well, all except the last one. It was a bit too fast for me to understand. I think it was regarding the weather in Ukraine?
It was funny to hear Moses say his favourite Ukrainian food was pizza. Aww, come on Moses! Where's your imagination? What's wrong with chicken Kievs? (so sorry, I simply couldn't resist it!). I'm quite partial to varenyky and pelmeni myself, preferably with a meat filling but I'm not too picky really.
I'm guessing that Dnipro is just like any other large city anywhere in the world. The city centre is usually very safe, even at night, but the further you go out into the suburbs, the more unpalatable become the surroundings... and the locals. At least, that's certainly true in my experience of large cities.
Thanks again for another great video. I will need to watch it again several more times to take it all in, so I may well leave further comments in due course. Bye for now! :o)
Thank you a lot for your feedback ☺️ Dnipro is generally safe, but there are some places where I, even being a local, would prefer not to go after the dark. For people living there it would be okay to go around, but in such places they don't like outsiders. I am happy you enjoyed the video and looking forward for new comments 🤠
Nice video
Thank you for watching)) Enjoy!
Great video. Thank you!
Thank you for watching 🌞
After what I just saw in Ukraine a few days ago, if you are Black dont go. They dont like us there. Maybe the women like it but the men do not. We have a whole continent to ourselves. One love.
Yep researching

Perhaps Moses would like to come to Caritas Center next Wednesday at 11 00. I would be happy to add him to the free food program.
Oh, you work in Caritas. Cool. You are doing some great work over there 💪💪💪
@@LearningWithEkaterina Caritas hosts my Food Kitchen program. I would be happy to see Moses come and join. Caritas in on Rabocha near Antonovicha.
@@thomasryan6260 that is great, I would ask Moses to read the comments and see if he can come.
@@LearningWithEkaterina Thanks, Ekaterina. I hope he would like to. I will get something special for his daughter.
Ekaterina, I hope that one day you will interview me for your site. You are well founded with the language, culture and history here. As an expat who came to Ukraine with the belief that I can be of some assistance too, I think we could have an interesting conversation. Hope you agree.
