I want have my batocera drive and windows drive on the same pc. Is there a way I can transfer roms from windows to batocera without copying to a third drive/usb stick ?

I don’t dual boot Batocera and windows off the same drive but it can be done! I would suggest you make a copy of your Batocera share folder(you can do that by plugging in a flash drive,sd card or other drive into your running Batocera system, then go to your file manager and copy the share contents to your secondary drive) once you have a copy of your share folder connect your Batocera drive to your windows machine and use a application like diskgenuis to format your share partition of your Batocera drive.( make sure to format the partition to a format both Batocera & Windows can read like NTFS) once you format the partition boot your Batocera machine, plug in the drive with the copy of your Share folder on it and copy the contents to the new empty share folder! Once you do that windows will be able to read your Batocera share partition when you plug it into windows! Im actually glade you asked this I will make a video guide on the topic soon!

@@KevsBatoceraBuilds thanks for responding. I actually have 2 ssd (1 for windows and 1 for batocera). But i can't find the windows ssd in batocera file explorer. I had seen it once but after restarting i could never find it again.
