@@danwesten2771 I disagree with you teaching them the stupid stuff and the Bull shit jobs come first it's important to give them a good work ethic On all the Jobs bad and good if thay want to learn the trade you will find out who want to stick with it and who wants to learn. Stop babying them and kissing their behind and teach the ones that want to learn the trade. Just my thoughts on the matter.

Sometimes if you take out the PCB of the L8148 you might find a bad solder spot and fix it and save the customer a little $ but glad you had a replacement on hand 👍
Depends, you'll still have to charge labor to disassemble the aquastat make the repair and put it back together. And in the end they still have a old aqua stat. For a DIY homeowner it makes sense. For a hvac company if that thing craps again in a yr or 2, its another service call plus the part. Customer pays double for same issue.

I don't have to worry about putting garbage bags on my feet. I have a pair of shoe covers called Shoe-In. You throw them down and step into them. You can kick them off at the cellar door, and then step back into them as you get back upstairs. Every customer comments on how great it is that my employer provides them, and I tell them they didn't, I paid 40 bucks for them. They are washable, and easy to walk in, and last forever. If you are going into multiple homes every day, be a professional and get something for your feet. We all know the types of things we are walking in every day. It's pretty petulant to refuse to cover your feet when options exist.

Some people like the Clintons use non-profits to launder money paid by foreigners for political access.
Uncle Bill also made a ton of money through exorbitant speaking fees. I’ll pay Bill way too much so I can get an audience with Crooked Hillary who works for Obama.

Am I able to ask you a question on an oil fueled boiler if so do you have an email or phone number or anyway to contact you? Need some help on getting rid of my boiler heating my domestic hot water as I plan to install an electric hot water heater
Get someone professional to help you locally. This is not something to be guided over a phone.

I just need to know if it is okay for me to cap off my domestic hot water lines coming from my boiler to my sinks etc and just use my boiler for my baseboard heat and then I will run my domestic hot water from an electric water heater. Just want to make sure capping/stopping this lines off will not damage my boiler.
