I made these 2 days ago they came out quite nicely. Not dry and hard but slightly crisp the way they are supposed to be. Not all cookies are soft and moist, some are made to have a bit more substance to them. I did change the oven temp for people who don't have digital readouts on the ovens. The temp will be 350F and the baking times were changed to10-15 minutes. 10 minutes for softer cookies and 15 for slightly crisp, adjust for your personal taste.
