EST Voice Evac Troubles

First system test of the new connection between the two EST 3 panels. Still some bugs to work out with the message sync

Needs a sync module. It’s like in the video of Caesar’s Palace simplex voice evac system going off

A sync module is not going to fix 2 separate panels audio service units not synchronizing when they trip out.

regardless a sync module would only fix it if it was a strobe or a horn. And it'd have to be a sync module compatible with the devices used. @@Italian-h1n

Notice if this building is three stories, the first and second level have speaker strobe in the third level has horn strobe
