Nice video! It's impressive you have so much knowledge. I would never be able to Program an Est Panel. Why didn't the Panel have a Pre-Recorded Evacuation Message?
In Canada Voice evacuation isn’t as common as in the states so you mostly just see tone evacuation. Also lol I didn’t program this panel 😅. This is the program that was used in the building it was installed in. I wanted to give a demo of the evac before I disassemble it and make things smaller
nice you got the massachusetts tone but canadian tone too code 3 well without the voice evac message i will find the english then make the spanish and french ones.
No message? One minute inhibit? What a stupid feature if you ask me, why *not* allow an operator at the panel to *immediately* make an announcement? (especially if it's a false alarm) Regardless, nice.
My local hockey arena has this exact est evac system with est genesis speaker strobes, the panel is exact but has a red cover
I've seen those standard PA speakers used as voice evac, as there was one in a hotel room once!
That is so different from the United States EST3 Panel. It’s pretty cool!
How can I get an alarm strobe speaker microphone?
Hello cool video! Thanks for sharing! ...

Regardless, nice.
It’s Canadian code to have 1 minute inhibit.
@@CJ9899 Don't see why, because as I said being able to make an announcement *immediately* might be important, especially if it's a false alarm.
@@CJ9899 it is kinda like a interesting standby tone isn't it?
4:06 What Number of HZ Tone Is that one?
