Bought this beginning December and was a little reticent but had a deal from lg with a speaker - am surprised how good it is and even with some ambient light - curtains closed - it’s a pretty good and bright screen - sound is impressive through a Bluetooth speaker - and the remote doesn’t need to be pointed at the back of the projector- I point it at the screen and it works - am happy with purchase
@ haven’t got a wall that big but have had a 105” inch on a painted wall - radiator and cupboard stops it being bigger but a decent picture To get rid of the slight ambient light at edges I found having a lamp on helps Altho contrast is better for darker scenes when the room is also darker It really is lots better than the reviews which often compare with more expensive ones
Just ordered one at £739 seems a good price for 4k lifestyle projector, it'll save the bulb life on my 1080p Epson, I've watched the price go down and down. Had a nebula only 100 Lumins, and that was way good enough often. Contrast ratio is often more important than brightness, this looks good. Not sure about internal speaker, it maybe naff. Still, I'll try BT and see if it lags? Seems a good deal though overall, keep it for a year or two. Great review as all yours generally are. Update, it's very BRIGHT considering, only issue, and very noticeable on my one, Rainbow Effect, it's bad.
The fact that they have NON-PIXEL SHIFTING 4k projectors that are both TINY and BRIGHT at this price point of $1300 US is impressive. NORMALLY the starting point for these qualifications were around $3k. You could find some dodgy ones at $2500. So, I'll allow them to have terrible speakers since rarely do ANY OF THESE, even TVs, have GREAT SPEAKERS.
Ah, piano black. I hate that. Also, you say that you don't have audio lag over bluetooth. But when you demonstrate it there clearly is a delay. Enough to not want to do that.
Some LG stuff is fab! Some rubbish, had a couple of their phones in past, that were awesome. It's a mixed bag, as usual with lots of tech companies. Received today, so updated, very high build quality, fab gadget
ART??? The thing looks like the head of a Doctor Who Cyberman. Guess that could be art if you were a stoned out Andy Warhol fan. Never understood the appeal of that guy. Or Jackson Pollock for that matter.
I own the projector and must admit that a portable one is mind-blown!
What's the largest screen size you got?
have you used it for gaming?
Can't wait for you to review the Tecno Megapad!

Did you try the 120 inch screen? I am wondering if it can go upto 120 inches like it says and it still looks good?

@ that was from 110” away
Don’t forget the aspect ratio makes picture smaller and also lose some screen area if projector isn’t straight on or level
@ one more thing - I got the BT speaker on a deal included from LG and don’t hear any sound lag at all
@ posted comment to myself but they are above this

6:19 You should make a video with the guy on the projector screen
I think you guys would get along quite nice
they're going £749.99 at the moment and even if theres audio lag in the menu you can adjust the latency settings for the audio.
That's a good option definitely. Especially

Is there a different way to connect the remote? My remote only works when pointed to the back of the beamer!
Mine too, oh well no hardship in the scheme of things
I would recommend you to buy apple tv if you have iphone. it really change the way you interact and its worth it
@@abdulrahman9653can you say more about that please. I am interested. Thx
Hi so how will the projections be in a vanta black painted screen in a moderately lit area.
its not possilbe to stream the audio with wifi to a speaker system like to a WiiM?
@@Menalix BT works perfectly
@@andrewwaller3737 no delay? I would assume it has delay....
@@Menalix not experienced any delay over blue tooth - can use 2 speakers but they have to be the same
Agree completely about the cheap look of the remote and mine works extremely badly even when pointing to the Cine Beam.
@@jaynerosephotography I point mine at the screen and it works pretty well - seems to bounce signal around the room
4:52 what show is this?
Can you hook up a sound bar home cinema system to it?
Will you present a review of LG vs Dangbei atom Vs Jmgo n1s?
newbie here so sorry if this is a dumb question but how big is the projection? Let's say if my wall is 3 meters?
Up to 120inchs
@@javier.malagon I got 105” diagonal image from around 110” away

I do have this projector and There’s no bt delay at all
yeah it's a significant delay that he captured, thats a few frames off
No lag at all and my pic is pretty good in a painted wall - teal or truffle - they both show a good image Altho a white wall not so well
Plsssss review the honor magicpad 2 🙁🙁🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
I don't know why, but I can see you being a teacher while watching this, mate.
Will you review Xiaomi Buds 5? (not the Redmi buds)
Projector images always look washed out to me, is it just a video vs in person thing?
It’s a light thing, less light = less wash
A video thing
I’ve had it for about a 5 months now and it’s still Amazing picture like Oled!
Its because the lights are turned on. In dark space it looks great. If not just change display setting to vivid
Please review the Meizu lucky 08. Thank you
yess ...bled on screen saver
ok that was funny. 3:16
Web OS is far from great, think you are right, with android TV it would be more worth the money.

Smart??? It's a box. In my experience sadly LG are very unreliable and poorly made...just remember the LG G4! Thank god LG no longer make phones.
