Would have been nice to have more commentary on the brightness of the projector and showing is its limits by opening and lowering the blinds and showing the impact on projection quality for us to see. Especially since that's one of the main negatives of projectors in general.
It's VERY bright! To give example, my Epson CO FH-02 which is 3000 Lumins on Eco mode maybe that's 1200, is same brightness approx. No laser speckle, no RBE, and the speaker IS loud enough, heck what do you want to do deafen the neighbours, so no idea where the reviews that say it's quiet, it isn't!

I've never heard of the ultimea brand before. But projectors are always more expensive than a comparable TV. The screen is actually not that important if you have flat walls, the image can be color corrected to mostly compensate for the majority of wall colors. Laser projectors have solved the focus issues. You will always need a dark room for the optimal experience, but glossy TV screens can have glare as well so that's mostly an equal drawbacks to having the windows open.
