Another video which I will refer people on Reddit to take a look at over and over and over and over. Really solid one Rob. I appreciate your hard work on these videos, a lot. Interested in seeing a video with a serious look and comparison of the TK710 to the others which are out there. Things are pretty darn exciting. Lifestyle video coming November 8th and *should* have the Valerion. I did a quick one with the 710STi (ua-cam.com/video/k9jJrHDZuA4/v-deo.html) , but I don't have a 710. I've got a home theater projector video planned for February, so that's probably the closest date for that.
@@TheHookUp - The 710 and 710STi should have a very similar underlying design, so that will be great to see. I did see your short with the 710STi almost as soon as you put it up. This is the best projector review I’ve come across so far! I was about to get the LG Cinebeam Q, but thank goodness your review came just in time. I think, for a medium-sized bedroom, the BenQ GV50 is the perfect choice. Thanks for saving me big bucks! 😊 Subscribed and liked❤🎉
Nice one. When I heard the Benq GV50 came out, was just looking for reviews. We are gonna buy it. Thanks for the detailed review and comparison. That was alot of work and effort. ❤
Wonderful video and top-notch comparison! I absolutely loved it. You've saved me days of research with a video that's less than 30 minutes long. I'm currently looking for a budget projector that can completely replace my living room TV in 2024. It would be amazing if you could make a video covering that!
Wow. AMAZING COMPARISON VIDEO! Every word worthwhile, and your final summary was consistent and drew intuitive conclusions. The side by side testing with GV50 running the comparison definitely highlighted the benefits of the other contenders. There's clear competition between various models for various uses. I feel that I have a better understanding of all the various lighting considerations, and why they say specs alone don't give you the full picture of how each spec plays off each other. The AI picture technology is really impressive and it would be nice to see more models use this. Thanks again!
I watch this review every year and you always do an extraordinary job analysing the projectors. Thanks, this is the best tech review channel I know for an objetive view of a product.
Your tests are so good. I really love how you compare multiple, and I wish more reviewers would do comparisons when they review stuff. I swear, LG should remove that from the market. That speaker is embarrassing. Haha EDIT: Ok, saw the remote and the keystone process. What was LG thinking?!?!??!
Thanks for the thorough work! By far the best comparison I've seen. A couple suggestions: all things being equal I like the raw performance data table! However, since this is a "portable" projector review shouldn't weight and volume be included as a factor? As some of us will be dragging these between rooms and putting them in backpacks. I'd also like to see a "value" ranking --- IE cost for performance. Some of these being compared are double the price of others. Again great work!
Absolute incredible review! How would GV50 compare to Halo+ GTV version? Also wish you’d throw in Nebula Capsule 3 laser GTV to the mix instead of regular 3. Would level the field at least in app compatibility category
20:25 this is SUCH an underrated metric and I know I sound like a broken record here but I think it should be in the top 5 most important specs for every projector not just portable ones. Most enthusiasts obsess over brightness and contrast but IMHO those are not the most useful or important specs (again just IMHO). My top 10 "game changer" specs for projectors in order of most to least importance will always be: 1) fan noise, 2) brightness uniformity, 3) focus uniformity, 4) Image/color accuracy, 5) power consumption, 6) lamp life hrs, 7) Throw ratio, 8) Contrast ratio, 9) Native resolution, 10) ANSI lumens.
Absolutely the best review of portable projectors Thanks for your effort. I did miss one feature however, unless it escaped me. It‘s bluetooth connectivity to an external audio (like the one in your boat or camper).
Thanks for this through and detailed review. I have a recently purchased Dangbei Atom and I'm still unsure if I should send it back. And either purchase the BenQ G50 (currently unreleased in the UK) OR wait for the release of the new Dangbei Freedo! I also wonder where the Dangbei Freedo would sit on your list of portables too. Argh...I hate having too many choices and waiting for product releases!
Amazing video, incredibly helpful and insightful. I suggest you work on improving your thumnail images so they are more attention-grabbing. I ignored this video until watching a couple of other less-helpful videos that had more visually engaging thumbnails. This was the best video of all, in the end!
I was just thinking, I need to get a portable projector, and one like the XGIMI or the Anker Nebula capsule would be great, I like the form factor. And I was just wondering I need a comparison video. And this popped up. It's like you can read our minds!
Just got the BenQ GV30 for $220 and put in a firetv stick instead of the android stick it shipped with. Projecting on flat panel garage door with fire pits in the drive and it’s been awesome at night. Sound is amazing for the couple of movies and football games we’ve watched. Was thinking about upgrading to GV50 or Mars3. Thoughts?
I'm in a similar boat. The thing is that the GV30 is already bigger than I expected. I hope the GV50 isn't much bigger. The GV31 and GV50 both have native Nintendo switch docking, due to higher power USB C ports. A number of projectors do not have fully featured USB C ports
This is the best projector comparison video I have ever seen ! What an amazing job you've done ! The one projector I would have loved to see here is the Nebula Capsule 3 Laser. Im on the fence between that and the GV50 (maybe the XGimi pro 3). Any thoughts on the Nebula 3 Laser ?
@thehookup Thanks for this review, i am however deciding between the JMGO N1S, Benq Gp100 and XGIMI Horizon plus. Mainly focused on moving it from living room to bedroom, so image and speaker quality are the most important. also having a good auto keystone and decent imputlag for gaming. Which one would you prefer?
This is great because I want to get a projector for our wedding next year and would love something portal so we can move it around the venue if we have too
Excellent round of tests. Edit: Don't underestimate software. Being unable to play content has been a problem in some of the uber low cost projectors. Thank you!
Just an FYI. I got the Cinebeam Q and found out that there is a power saving mode on it which lowers the brightness and drops the noise level of the unit. It definitely makes it dimmer, but I switched from Cinema to Standard picture mode and found it to be quite usable on my 110" Silver Ticket screen. The drop in noise was definitely appreciated. I have paired it with my generic Bluetooth Speaker and did not see any audio lip sync issues when streaming from my Plex server. I will call that a win considering how lousy the internal speaker is. My iPhone actually does have better audio than that projector does.
I do wish I had found the power saving option during this review (what a strange place to put brightness controls). Free is certainly a great price for the CinebeamQ, $949 not so much.
Super great review, very thorough - thanks for this! So for me, I guess the BENQ GV50 is the go-to. It seems to balance price and performance greatly, and the ~43 dB noise level is the only true drawback for me, but it's not catastrophic, as my dog snores way louder than that.
Great review! I'm wondering if every N1s unit has a light flare next to upper right corner of the projected image, visible only in dim room with dim image. It's a bit annoying on a large white wall, when the image brightness goes down. Had it checked in two units, same effect (although the intensity might have been different). So far, solved with a bit of tape just at the border of the lens... don't love the look of it.
I apologize if I missed a part in the video but how are your impressions of the viewing experience quality between the N1 and the N1S? Beside the brightness, do you consider the viewing quality on the N1S to be considerably better than on the N1? I played the GV50 vs N1 and GV50 vs N1S side-by-side tests back and forth to try to extrapolate a N1 vs N1S comparison xD
Thank you so much for your trustful no sponsered reviews! I'm just having some doubts on the JMGO projectors, as there is a LOT of different models and prices. For instance, in your video the NS1 it's a lot better than the N1 in picture quality and brightness. However i'm seeing a different model of the "N1" on amazon (the N1 "PRO" 1080p) and they claim that have 1500 lumens and 1600:1 contrast (more than even the N1S 4K!) for 900€. There is a lot more N1/N1S models (Ultra, Ultimate, Pro, etc) so I'm a lil bit lost here. I would love to see a comparison or guidance about all this jmgo models. Right now the amazon link you provided for the N1S has a price of 1800$ and not the 999$ you said in the video. So I guess they rised the price again, besides of course one can still find it for 850€ on AliExpress. In any case Blackfriday will change all this rankings again, so I would love to have some guidance for which of aaaaall this JMGO projector to buy soon! ;)
The white models (N1S and N1) are much smaller than the others, which is why I include them as portable projectors. The N1S Pro/Ultra/Ultimate are bigger and more expensive.
@@TheHookUp Ah, thank you so much for the clarification! They looked the same! :P And if I don't care if it's a little bit more heavy (N1 pro it's around 4kg, same as Nebula Mars 3) and with a budget between 500€ and 1000€, what projector will you suggest for me? I like the gv50 but they don't sell it in Europe :(
Thank you so much for your awesome work! I realize that these are in two different categories, but when it comes to image quality, would you prefer the GV50 or the Nexigo PJ40? Comparing between your videos, the PJ40 appears to have duller colors. Is this actually the case? And if yes, is it a $400 difference?
Hello, would you say there is a difference in the projection of JMGO N1S on a white or gray project screen, both in a dark room and with some lights? If so, which one do you think is better for this projector? I would say I will use it 65% of time in a dark room 25% with the blinds lowered halfway and 10% in a bright room during the day.
I gotta say your reviews are excellent. I wish I would've found this video sooner. I am new to projectors and ended up falling into the hype of the cinebeam Q. At first, I really liked it as it fit many of my current needs, and I really had nothing else to compare it to. The deal was good enough with the free Bluetooth speaker promo and a 16% cashback offer with my credit card. I was willing to forgive some of the short comings like the abysmal audio, because I planned on using headphones or external audio. It also seems like such a wasted opportunity to not use the 2 side bumpouts (that already look like speaker grills) to house better audio. The remote issue, however, I can't forgive. It just blows my mind that they were willing to sacrifice such a key aspect of functionality. I hadn't even considered your point about the projector being inoperable if it's directed at the ceiling! The side-by-side side picture quality tests were the final straw for me. I was under the impression that this was the highlight of this projector, but the results are undeniable. It's such a shame that such a compact, beautiful machine was let down in so many key areas. With the respectable contrast and resolution specs hopefully future versions, if there is one, can be remedied with better software and design. Luckily I am still within the return window, so I will be able to send this back. I may change projector categories and go with the C1 based on your recommendations and the decent sales at the moment. If Im patient enough to wait for your video in October, I may spring for one of the C2 versions. I'm now subscribed and can't wait for more of your reviews. Thanks again for all the effort to educate!
Hi great video thanks ! Where would you plece the Halo+ (NEW) in this test? It performed well in your previous comparaison and i can't choose between GV50 / Halo + and Atom ... Thanks a lot
Hi, thanks again for the video! After considering the BenQ GV50, I realised that I prefer a projector with a silent fan. So, the N1 would be my pick, but the shadow detail issues are kind of annoying. Have you tested the N1 pro? Do you think the image quality is better / worth the upgrade? Thank you!!
You are the best for projector reviews. Very helpful. Thankyou. For now how would you rate the cosmos 4K SE among these projectors list? Waiting for your detailed review on this and the EF22
UST is October 11th, Lifestyle is November 8th. I try to include UK links when they are available but AmazonUK has significantly fewer products than AmazonUS.
Excellent video, though I feel the XGIMI Elfin Flip should be a contender as well. I realize how much you spend so maybe getting everything isn't feasible but maybe mention the ones you couldn't get or why they didn't make the cut.
Hey! Thank you for all that detailed review. This is fantastic! Thank you for all the time and effort you put in for all your videos! I do have a small question to you and the people in the audience as well. I would like to try my chance with the JMGO N1S or with BenQ GV 50 to get a good picture quality out of them, I just am unsure about what kind of projector screen I should use them with to get the best picture quality. Is there any recommendation out there? :) Cheers. Loved the content! Keep 'em coming! :)
Can you please comment on GV50 hardware specs? In their website they did not specify anything and whereas for Mogo 3 pro they have mentioned that it has 2Gb RAM and 16GB ROM
I have reached support and they mentioned its of 2GB RAM and 16GB ROM in GV31 though I have enquired about GV 50 But now finally I have ordered and now the price came down to 699
Great video!!!❤ May I know the maximum side mount angle each project is capable of. I’m looking for a brightest projector that can be mounted the furthest to the side. Thank you in advance.
Great tests as always! Just a few things I want to add to the Cinebeam Q which I picked up lately for 700€. It actually has 3 different brightness/fan speed modes. It's under Support -> Energy Saving in the menu (don't ask me why). I think medium brightness is more than enough for a fairly dark room and the fan is pretty quiet when you turn the brightness down a bit. On the lowest setting, the fan is nearly silent, but highlights and dynamic range suffer a bit. I use it mainly in the gaming mode for the better latency and I adjusted the colors a bit. Color accuracy is now spot on and matches my MacBook screen very well. I know it's not optimal, but I'm just projecting on a white wall. Personally, I can also notice the sharpness difference between 1080p and 4k even on a white wall at ~80 inch diagonal. 4k was actually the main reason I went for this projector (and its beautiful design, but that's subjective).
$700ish seems like a much more reasonable price for that machine. I still don't understand why they put such a terrible speaker in a portable projector and why they used an IR remote with a single IR receiver. Those two shortcomings basically make it a non-starter for me.
@@TheHookUp The projector works perfectly with LG tv magic remotes, so the IR port is not needed, plus the OS is the LG TV version. As to why LG included an IR remote, who knows? I just threw it in a drawer and never used it.
Wow that was a MSc thesis project presentation:) How long did it take you to complete your study? I'm Currently using a Toumei projector. 7-8 years old but I still appreciate its portability and the quality is decent enough for movie screenings during summer nights in parks. Have you checked or used any latest models from this brand ? Thanks for the great video
This is amazingly thorough thank you. But what about throw distance? I’m looking for home projection mapping equipment and want to make sure I can cast a wide image and keep focus from a distance.
the Hisense C1 triple laser seemed to get a lot of praise. At under 1400 dollars I would really appreciate someone who visits this you tube sharing a professional view. I went through 5 bulbs with my last projector which added $1600 to the cost of that unit and degradation of picture as each bulb slowly died. So for me, That already makes laser projectors the cheapest choice over the life of any projector.
@@vivianaverse I had the dangbei atom and was rather disappointed. The picture quality was good but the OS was laggy and it think there was no Netflix support. Picture quality of GP100a is excellent in my opinion, just watch the 2023 comparison there he showed it. Formovie S5 i don‘t know so i can‘t say anything about it. I think it depends on your usecase.
Dangbei atom runs google TV and has full netflix support. If yours didn't support netflix you may have been using the Chinese version, not the global version.
@@TheHookUp My bad, wasn‘t sure because it was back in April. I looked it up now and the Dangbei was bought from Amazon Germany at that time with Google TV and Netflix support. Unfortunately my unit was lagging and had a bad user experience. Same with the Mars 3 So i returned them both and got the Benq GP100a. The overall experience was a lot better there. Im torn between the viewsonic LX700 & Epson TW7000. youve tested the LX7000 ansi lumens was lower than claimed but do you know about the Epson TW7000? Shopping for a projector is a nightmare.
Amazing Video, thank you so much for your work! Since the BenQ GV50 is sold out and the price has gone up, would you consider the GV31 as an alternative? The only difference I could find is the Brightness (GV50 wirh 500 Lumen vs GV31 with 300 Lumen).

@@TheHookUp Very interested in your opinion. Tomorrow I'm picking up the N1s, as per your rceommendation (thanks!). Now, I found out that EF-21/22 are available and I'm really struggling which way to go. Epson claims to be quieter, I guess it's speckle free. And it's a well-known brand.
Helo there! Nice tutorial! i wonder if you can give me your opinion of wish one will be the best for you of these two: The XGIMI MOGO 3 PRO or NEBULA MARS 3 AIR. Thank you in advance, Benitez
Love your videos, this was a great one too. Although i disagree with you on the nebula capsule 3 screen size, i just watched this on the capsule 3 in a dark room, plugged in on an 80 inch screen and the picture looks great its plenty bright enough, even when i turn on a lamp beside my bed its still totally watchable, 100 is a stretch but 80 inches is great. Otherwise spot on with everything else.
Incredible review. Thanks! (Although I didn't see my favorite projectors, Aaxa. I'm quite curious to know how a comparable unit would have held up against these.)
Wow! What a great channel to stumble across. Such a wealth of knowledge. Besides the Mars 3 are there any other suggestions that would be good Outdoor specific projectors? Would you use the Benq gv50 outside? It would mostly be used for football games or the odd movie while camping or in the backyard. Is the Mars 3 really worth the $1400 cad? Thank you.
Your review comparisons never disappoint 👌🏽. Could you also review the Nebula Cosmos 4k SE? I’m really curious how it compares to the Hisense C1 since they both support Dolby Vision and are native 4k.
It's not, you pair it with bluetooth on first setup. My guess is it uses infrared to turn the projector on/off and then bluetooth for everything else (pretty standard).
@@TheHookUp Thanks for the quick reply! That makes sense, keeping a (simple analog) IR receiver running uses less power than a CPU running a full Bluetooth stack. The IR port on the front (Page 19) threw me off.

You just saved me hours...I already own a Benq! It has been brilliant. I need a portable solution have ordered a new BenQ
Thank you! Been waiting for this one! The effort you put into these reviews is extremely appreciated!!
Just ordered GV 50. Super excited! Been using Epson 2150 and 3800 as the main projectors :)
How is it going with GV50? Woukd you recommend?
@@sssaxena4331It will be delivered this Monday. Will post my experience after using it for a week.
Benq GV 50 bought with a discount for 559€. Its awesome and cute. We enjoy it as a bedroom projector. No stiff neck anymore. Thanks for testing.
Where did you get it please ? Thanks
Nice one. When I heard the Benq GV50 came out, was just looking for reviews. We are gonna buy it. Thanks for the detailed review and comparison. That was alot of work and effort. ❤
Some of the only content I can watch over and over again like it’s the first time I’ve seen it great reviews. And thank you 🙏🏾
Wonderful video and top-notch comparison! I absolutely loved it. You've saved me days of research with a video that's less than 30 minutes long. I'm currently looking for a budget projector that can completely replace my living room TV in 2024. It would be amazing if you could make a video covering that!
Define "budget".
I've been looking forward to this video so much! The best video of the year on UA-cam! Thank you very much! Keep up the excellent content!
One of the best, most comprehensive product review/comparisons i’ve ever seen. Bravo
Your tests are so good. I really love how you compare multiple, and I wish more reviewers would do comparisons when they review stuff. I swear, LG should remove that from the market. That speaker is embarrassing. Haha
EDIT: Ok, saw the remote and the keystone process. What was LG thinking?!?!??!
Thanks for the thorough work! By far the best comparison I've seen.
A couple suggestions:
all things being equal I like the raw performance data table!
Best unbiased reviews, worth every second!
The best reviews/comparisons on youtube. Sucks i don’t have any money for any one of these.
Thoughts?
The GV50 is worlds better than the GV30.
Capsule 3 Laser was in my 2022 video: ua-cam.com/video/wFcLjrGhJZA/v-deo.html
GV50 is significantly better.
Fantastic video as always. Not in a market for portable pj, but enjoyed anyways :) Kudos for you, sir!
Thanks so much for the great comparison! Do you have a projector you'd recommend
Just got the Mars 3 air small powerful and great sound very pleased with it 💯👍🏼
This is great because I want to get a projector for our wedding next year and would love something portal so we can move it around the venue if we have too
as always thanks need your input best reviewer so far
keep content creating!!
Hey! someone finally found a useful thing to do with Rise of Skywalker! Testing projectors
I actually like Rise of Skywalker 🤣
Very good channel. Im genuinely impressed.
Thank you very much for the video. Like always top notch work! Cant wait for a comparison of the future xgimi, jmgo and hisense lifestyle projectors.
That video will be out November 8th.
at under $800 the JMGO N1S would be unbeatable... let's hope for a promotion soon.
Was so looking forward to this video!
Hi great video thanks ! Where would you plece the Halo+ (NEW) in this test? It performed well in your previous comparaison and i can't choose between GV50 / Halo + and Atom ... Thanks a lot
Great comparison ! very well presented , thanks for all theses infos
Waiting for your detailed review on this and the EF22
cant wait for 2024 other categories of projectors. living room projectors mainly. please include UK links ;)
UST is October 11th, Lifestyle is November 8th. I try to include UK links when they are available but AmazonUK has significantly fewer products than AmazonUS.
@@TheHookUp thanks a lot
Great comparisons as always, look forward to the next lifestyle and UST projector reviews as there's a few that look very good on paper.
UST is October 11th, Lifestyle is November 8th.
@@TheHookUp putting those in my calendar like a Netflix series release lol
Excellent video, though I feel the XGIMI Elfin Flip should be a contender as well. I realize how much you spend so maybe getting everything isn't feasible but maybe mention the ones you couldn't get or why they didn't make the cut.
Your clip is very informative ! Thanks a lot for your effort !
Bravo! Top-top-top quality review. Sold on the BENQ.
Cheers. Loved the content! Keep 'em coming! :)
Need that nebula cosmos 4k se review asap! Great video. Can’t wait for the Hisense c2 reviews in the future
November 11th.
Another question, how does the benq gv50 compares with benq gp100a? The price is almost the same...
Thankyouuu - definitely looks like the benq is a strong pick
Can you please comment on GV50 hardware specs? In their website they did not specify anything and whereas for Mogo 3 pro they have mentioned that it has 2Gb RAM and 16GB ROM
I have reached support and they mentioned its of 2GB RAM and 16GB ROM in GV31 though I have enquired about GV 50
But now finally I have ordered and now the price came down to 699
I have one doubt : Do you purchase products for review or manufacturer sent you the review unit?
Btw i have purchased jmgo N1S seeing your review.
Thank you! Great review
Great comparison! Quick question: is the pricing up-to-date? I just saw the BenQ Gv50 and it's price is $799, not $599.
Not sure why they raised the price so much, it was $599 when I made the video. Hopefully it will go back to normal soon.
I’m seeing that too. At the moment they have the GV31 at $599 and the GV50 at $799.
Thank you for this video. Very detailed and helpful.
really great comparison. exactly what i’m looking for
Great video!!!❤
May I know the maximum side mount angle each project is capable of.
Wow that was a MSc thesis project presentation:)
How long did it take you to complete your study?
I'm Currently using a Toumei projector. 7-8 years old but I still appreciate its portability and the quality is decent enough for movie screenings during summer nights in parks. Have you checked or used any latest models from this brand ?
Thanks for the great video
This is amazingly thorough thank you. But what about throw distance? I’m looking for home projection mapping equipment and want to make sure I can cast a wide image and keep focus from a distance.
These all have basically identical throw distances of 1.2:1
Perfect comparison, thank you! 👍👏🙏
the Hisense C1 triple laser seemed to get a lot of praise.
I got the GP100a because of your last video and included an Apple TV in it instead of the Android TV.
Hey Chris's how is the picture quality of gp100 am confused between gp100 or formovie s5 or I should either go with dangbei atom .
@@TheChriss1301thnx dear can u send some video sample if possible of gp100 picture quality will be greatfull to you .
Thanks for your great reviews as they help a lot. I‘m very happy with my Benq, it has super full and rich sound and with the Apple TV that i integrated it‘s in my opinion the best portable projector thats on the market right now!
Gv31 is not a good alternative. Gv50 is laser and significantly brighter and more vibrant.
@@TheHookUp Thank you for your response!
As usual you made AWESOME - fully professional job 👏👏👏
Could you please make also comparison between JMGO N1S Ultra 4K vs Dangbei DBOX02 4K (mars pro 2)🙏
November 8th. That video will also have the Hisense C2 lineup, new XGIMI's and hopefully the Valerion (AWOL).
@@TheHookUp I'm looking forward to see it. November - perfect timing for shoping electronics 👌
Amazing comparison, Good job. Have you had the chance to check out the new Epson EF-21G?
Probably not the EF21, but the EF22 will be in my November 8th video.
@@TheHookUp Cool, really looking forward to it. What is your first impression of the Epson EF-22?
@@ADP3000 Still in the box.
"watchable" and "good" are different things.
@@TheHookUp I'd say both. It's not very good but it's definitely good.
Incredible review. Thanks!
(Although I didn't see my favorite projectors, Aaxa. I'm quite curious to know how a comparable unit would have held up against these.)
I don't think Aaxa has a comparable unit.
Thanks!! i will get it for Black Friday .
Thank you.
Mars 3 is worth it in my opinion.
Your review comparisons never disappoint 👌🏽. Could you also review the Nebula Cosmos 4k SE? I’m really curious how it compares to the Hisense C1 since they both support Dolby Vision and are native 4k.
November 8th
Just noticed: According to the owners manual PDF, the remote control of the BenQ GV50 is infrared, too. (Still my top pick for now)
It's not, you pair it with bluetooth on first setup.
Great video, can you also review jmgo n1s ultimate ??
November 8th.
Are we going to get a detailed review on the Benq tk710? Thanks. You are the reviewer that I can trust.
That's not on my current list, no. I did a quick one with the 710STi (ua-cam.com/video/k9jJrHDZuA4/v-deo.html) , but I don't have a 710. I've got a home theater projector video planned for February, so that's probably the closest date for that.
Thankyou boss. Great video
I wanted to say thanks for these well put together reviews. Might be a silly request any chance you could add usb port power output testing to the gauntlet of tests you perform?
I do test whether or not the USB port can power a fireTV stick, but I don't test for PD compatibility or anything like that.
@@TheHookUp ah ok gotcha, I tried to power my chromecast or is it called Google tv off a port on my halo + it wasn’t able to do it but I know that requires more power (1.5 amps at 5V) then your typical stick could be a power negotiation thing on the Google TV side too. Thanks for the reply and I’ll keep that in mind when I’m watching reviews in the future.
