Congrats on finding one in the states! What does it take to get it street legal? Heard two strokes are not really welcome on public roads especially in Cali
@@thetablecreek I’m in Michigan, the laws in my state are very unrestrictive. I need 1 mirror, functioning headlight, taillight and brake light. Do not need turn signals as you can use hand signals for turning. That’s about it. Good title, pass safety check (a police officer will check tire and brake health, verify lights) and the police officer will sign off on a form saying it passes. Take that to get registered and they will send me a plate in the mail!
@@thetablecreek however ours in the states have the “race” wiring harness, it doesn’t have provisions for lights, so I needed to order that from the EU.
@@MrBurgandy25 that sound like some work but definately feasable. Here in Europe they would even require to take a emissions test which is kind of hard to succeed with the 2 smokes 😅 wish you success on the project!
