Hi, I'm Italian and to reach over 40 horsepower it's not enough to put a 144 displacement But the whole part of the crankshaft ,cylinder Head, pump casing Everything should fine-tuned to perfection by the same expert ,This is because every single component is connected to the other and all together they define the behavior of the engine...this Is an advice... HTM racing didn't have a good raputation in italy,I know they may look professional. But their products are not that great quality. From Italy White love❤️
you are crazy man, very few achieve those hp in an rs125 even here in italy hahaha very cool, apreciated clutch engaged when gas closed, some leave the engine going without the gas lubrication during dyno runs, very stupid thing have you tried oil with boosters like bardhal? i think you are near engine limit
i saw the video when you show the 144 kit from HTM racing .The cylinder has not been prepared that much just look at any photo of a Racing cylinder not necessarily Aprilia.you Will see that your cylinder ports could be much bigger...
@@PochiRS air ratio reading on the dyno printing i have just got the new vhm cylinder head 0.9 squish band you can buy vhm blank heads from pjme uk to machine your own
Hi Mr Pochi. Here in Spain some modificated mopeds like derbi gpr 50 or rieju rj, both with 102cc (2fast) can achieve near 35 or 40 hp. I think you can cut with cnc an aluminum replica engine block to reduce weight. Also try to cool the intake air some way.

Wow! I am excited for the next season.

Best regard's from Serbia
Thanks!
Best regard's from far east Japan
Hello pochi, can you share with me your static timing setup in this video? Thank you! Very nice!
I believe that video has already been published.
How many rpm at 39 hps?
If you tune up with rotax go kart parts and enforce engine bottom parts, rs can be rev to 19000 rpm.
Hi, what air intake/filter do you use? Thanks❤
Under load there’s abit of smoke \ pressure escaping on the expansion can joint
Thanks!
I didn't realise it until you pointed it out.
The cylinder is ported?
Please help me out sir what reputation do nrteam cylinder porting have Please Paul uk
I don't know, I've never used nrteam cylinder.

Or if anyone knows the size , may I please know ?

Thanks!
What is your full setup?
and what engine is it rotax 122 or 123?
Thx for your reply
Also from Venezia Italy, near Noale land of Aprilia….Thanks Bro. ❤
Can you tell the difference with the new smarcarb2 carb? Have you seen the trexhaust exhausts for rs 125, they are a bomb
Tell me.
Which can produce more power, TRexhaust or Jollymoto?
@@PochiRS I believe Jollymoto does
Trexhaust short connector 38 mm, the exhaust incorporates four connectors of different lengths to be able to tune with your engine.
hi can you tell me what tuning parts did you mount on the rs? thx ;)
I hope you'll watch the other videos.
I think this is very nice, almost linear powerband peaking around 40 PS. Thats a good result! What is your gooal?

I know many that claim this, non of them reached it on the Wheel. Those are always crank numbers and i never saw one near 40 hp
Great bike , rotax 257 would fit nicely
I was recently informed that I had found that engine, but at €300 it was too expensive and I decided against buying it.
How much power she making pochi
You won't watch the video all the way through?
C’est bien 👍🏻 beau boulot
I seen one make 54 but it had a 42mm carb
Fully worked
This was most likly a GP bike with rotary disc valve.
Hi, 54 on the wheel or on crankshaft?
Get a 250 or a RSA 125 😉
