Huge pile! The one I did down the road was probably three times this size though. I didn't get a chance to video it. I was trying to get in, get it done, and get on the road to the next one. The city used to come by and pick up the leaves curbside, but not anymore. Guess that leaves more work to us lol. Thanks for watching!
Hey Cameron. Ed hanson here with some question marks in my head. First, love your content and I'm typing this as my wife and I are driving with all our belongings from Texas to Mowssouri to come work for you... just kidding. Or, am I? Anyway, you have a big heart and it shines through in your work. Well done.
I remember that customer from a video in the past when you removed all those leaves, but they were wet. Did he have someone else blow all those leaves into that line, or was that your job you did and you were just coming back to remove the leaves? If that gentleman had someone else do a cleanup for him, you'd think that company would have removed the leaves. Also, I can't believe that the city would say something like that to anyone. Non-removal of leaves sure doesn't seem to be such a violation to warrant an arrest. I would definitely be complaining to someone about that threat. A fine assessment would be par for the course, but like you said, no one, especially the elderly, needs that kind of stress in their lives. It hurts my heart to think that people don't understand the meaning of grace. However, like you also stated, this is where we live today.

@@TheLawnCareLifeinMowssouri WE have strict code enforcement where I live for everything.......except leaves! Anyone can build a pile and/or let them blow anywhere and not get into any trouble over it. SMH

Many cities will pick up leaves that are placed along the curb. Apparently his town does not!
Yeah, they used to do that here. But they never were reliable. Leaves would set out there on the curb for months. Does your city pick up leaves curbside? If so, how often do they come by?
Man, that's a tough town! I had the Chief of Police come to my house 2x with 'a letter from the town', complaining I had put my bags of leaves to the street before it was pick up day. (I was 3 days early, Both times) LOL, I still have those letters on my fridge.
Oh wow lol. Glad you got them out of there! Crazy to focus so much time on some leaves. But some ppl may leave them there year after year lol
Maybe rig a deflector inside the trailer to keep the leaves from tearing up the tarp. It doesn’t need to be connected to the discharge tube so you wouldn’t need to disconnect each time.
I've thought about that, but haven't figured out a good way to do it. I have some ideas though! Thanks for watching. 👍
If code enforcement is threatening arrest that’s needs to be addressed. They have no arrest powers.

Try placing a piece of 4x8 plywood underneath the tarp on the first 4 ft of the front of the trailer. This will help your issues plus reduce the amount of dust getting on the operator and equipment.

Cameron, for big jobs like that, take 2 sheets of plywood put some hinges on the short sides and connect the two. Now cut a hole in one sheet at the bottom near the hinge so the nozzle of your vac just fits in. Now take your blower and blow the leaves at the standing wall and you'll work much less and actually go faster. If you have help that hurricane blower and your backpack blower working in tandem would kick azz.. woo!
Its good to see in that part of Mowssouri the only crime left is leaves!

More leaf mulch to add to the pile!!! Believe it or not my brother n law would bag and sell it once it had fully composted to dirt and sell it at the farmers market.

Were my mother lives a company purchased 726 acres of land to sell to another company to put a data center on in a residential area which started a fire storm and the county commission was trying to rezone it commercial with out any of community knowing about it but it got out and hopefully they got it stop saying that to say this I think it's not right to do people that way and threaten people with arrest
