Appreciate you J!! I totally know how you feel. My best advice would be to think about what you consider success to be for you, and go from there. That will open up your perspective into thinking about the "why" of things. Understanding what is success for you, why you want to be successful, and what you have to do to become that, those three will clear your mind and tunnel your vision into not only being successful but being driven with a purpose that might be bigger than what you think at the moment (helping your family, leaving a legacy, impacting the world, etc.) Focus on your journey and appreciate every moment throughout. As much as we all want to be "successful", sometimes we lack the understanding that the journey is what makes "success" meaningful. It all starts with you, believe in yourself and put in the work...you can't even comprehend where that will take you if you stay true to those for weeks, months, and years. Hope this helps. Much love my man, take care 🤝

@@martijn7593 that is a great question!! Motivation is a very interesting concept because it's just a temporary feeling that can either be used in a positive manner if you enact on it, or it could just be a dopamine hit to make one feel good about themselves for a moment hindering their longterm ability to actually get things done. It is always important for us to question why we are doing things, just as you mentioned "motivated for what?", because a lot of people can be motivated but it doesn't mean that they will actually do something about it. Or they are "motivated" for the wrong reasons. Hope that the motivation my videos provide are aligned with that first one. That’s real Mav! I was one of those people in the past that would watch others on UA-cam do what I was supposed to be doing just to get that dopamine and feel good about myself, but in reality that wasn’t it and I was not doing anything about it. My purpose with videos like this is to inspire people that may not have someone else to support them or be there for them to hold them accountable…if I’m holding myself accountable, alone, you all can do the same. Much love, appreciate your comment 🙏🏼
I'm not gonna lie to you it takes time, I personally haven't figured it out myself, but one thing I started to realize is that everyone I watch on UA-cam is doing what they want to do. You should lean on that and start there. Do things you enjoy doing and things that are a part of who you are because you want to build a community that knows the real you, not the you trying content because its trendy, you know? That is something that I am working on doing...documenting my life and what I personally enjoy doing and drives me every day. Hope this helps! Appreciate you Kennedy!

Valid point 😂! That is why I have an immense amount of respect for parents because they have no other choice but to create a morning routine that is effective to their family (to get not only their kids ready but themselves as well). Every now and then I would see some UA-cam videos from couples doing morning routines because their level of discipline is next level when it comes to morning routines, and it something that I can learn a lot from.
What you mean the type of video typical for mid 20 single males who are into fitness and the 'best version of myself' lifestyle? Well I mean yeah, people with wives and kids have similar routines but because they have a family they either don't have time to film, edit and upload or they don't want they're life on social media because having a family creates a more private lifestyle.

For me, it all depends on what time I get off from my second job, but I can function with about 5-6hrs of sleep, so I normally go to bed around 11:00 or 11:30pm. My goal in the future is to start going to bed earlier than that, but with my work schedule at the moment it is hard to go to bed around 10:00pm. (tip: I will say, whenever I have a day or time off on a weekday or weekend I try my best to listen to my body and take a nap or go to bed earlier, so I can make up for those fewer hours of sleep in a previous day.) The best advice I can give you is to start going to bed earlier and try that for about a week or so and see how your body feels and what time you end up consistently waking up. Making small increments every day and week add up over time. Remember, we are creatures of habits, so it will be a challenge at first but after a week or two your body will start getting used to your new sleep schedule. Hope this helps 👍

Appreciate your question! 4:30am works best for me personally because of my current work schedule. Waking up early helps me get a lot of things done before my workday starts at 9am. I can workout, edit a video if need, read, and have time that I can dedicate to myself before work. The wake up time may fluctuate at times based on if I work or what time I get off the night before.
