- How To Cook Meat:
1.5 lb pork loin or boneless pork chop
2 tbsp vegetarian mushroom oyster sauce
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp black pepper
6 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 cup water/coconut soda
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Mixing Bi:
2 packages 7oz cooked shredded pork skin (Que Huong brand)
1 package roasted rice(thinh) TL Bon Con Vo brand
1 tbsp salt
2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
3 tbsp fried garlic with oil
1.5 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp vegetable oil
