I really like the look of your wheel and tire setup. At first I was shooting for a pair of bronze TEs or some Mugen mf10s but I really am having a hard time shelling out 6 grand usd. I would rather put it towards my super charger or a cbr or something. Anyways I can’t stop watching your video and thanks again for the info👌🏽 thanks for your service to bro🙏🏽
I really like the wheels you picked out. I never heard of Achilles tires before. I'll certainly consider them when I put new tires this spring once I take the cars out of storage. My priority last year was to put on new brakes on the S2000. My tires were almost too bald to pass the safety check but they squeaked by. The thing is both my S2000 and Integra need new tires. The Michelins on the Integra still look new but they were purchased in 2004 (I only put approximately only 25,000 kilometers on that set over 16 years). The rubber is too hard for them to be safe even on dry pavement.
I use the same tires on both my cars, best thing I love about them is low road noise.. I’ve bought other tires in the same price range and they were roaring on the freeway lol also they’re pretty grippy. Definitely not like a sticky sport tire, but I don’t think they have any cons to them 🏎
Nice that’s good to know! I kind of just went for it in these didn’t look into them too much but at the price I didn’t expect much but I’m glad you like them these will be street tires hopefully they last a while 🙌🏼 later on I’ll get an extra set of wheels and track tires
I have the ATR sport 2 on my ISF stock wheels lol great street tires have a 200TW on my 18” track wheels and it’s funny I have those same exact lugs for the 18” wheels 🤣🤣
Haha nice!! I’m excited to try out these tires this will be my street tires and I hope to get a set or track wheels and tires later on once I take care of all the important stuff 🙌🏼
Also did you get any problems with 17x9 ET 40. When you first fitted them they did look like they weren't flush, but now they don't look to bad. The car looks fantastic great job.
Jaime Hurtado glad to here it helped you. I’m personally in the army reserve and love it. set me on the right path and definitely keeps me out of trouble. we need the hard top next for the car
Wheels look sick bro! I've been looking at getting some for my 07 is250 too. Do you think you can give me some pointers on a good size/spec? The wheels I wanna get are ESR CS8 in matte bronze. I would link it but UA-cam would delete my comment lol
Thank you! And those are good looking wheels also, I honestly don’t know the figments for is250 it’s hard to say and I wouldn’t want to give you wrong advice it really depends also on your desired look
Thanks! The cheapest place I found them was on eBay but they sell them literally everywhere you can even Amazon them lol just depends what size you are looking for and color
Probably about $3,000-$4,000 maybe in it $2k to get it in good driving condition that’s with the new wheels I could have just got tires for the wheels it had and saved more
@@nouenter honestly between us I’ll most likely go rear over fenders (there’s a big dent right over the rear arch) and wide front fenders. I would go with a 17x8.5 wheel mine stick out just a bit right now or go with a higher offset like +50
Thanks for watching another video, help my video out and drop a comment 🙏🏼
Those wheels are 🔥🔥🔥 perfect choice and color
Semper fi brotha! Love the content man
Thank you! Semper Fi
Can’t wait to see this build man. Good wheels, tire & lug nut choice. 👍🏼👍🏼💪🏻
Thanks! I appreciate it 🙏🏼

Nice shoes. Good price point. I have same problem with couple modded cars.
Thanks man 🙌🏼 I wish I had endless amounts of money to buy all the top of the line stuff lol but I just need to to be functional and these will do!

Nice wheels👍
Thanks!
Hi Jaime I'm looking to buy Konig Hypergrams, but they come in two different bronze colours, bronze and racing bronze. what colour are yours please.
excited for this build! if you don’t mind me asking, how you liking the Marine Corp? and you’re at Pendleton right?
I’m not in anymore but I really enjoyed it and it taught me a lot and set me up for life not that you need it to be well off but it helped me 👍🏼

New wheels and tires look nice but looking at the old tires I would definitely go get an alignment
Oh definitely, I’m waiting for my parts still 👍🏼
Did the fenders need rolling?
Looks great! Where's best place to order these?
Thanks! The cheapest place I found them was on eBay but they sell them literally everywhere you can even Amazon them lol just depends what size you are looking for and color
How much are you really saving restoring the s2 vs buying one not needing work?
Probably about $3,000-$4,000 maybe in it $2k to get it in good driving condition that’s with the new wheels I could have just got tires for the wheels it had and saved more
Did they rub? Did you have to roll the fenders?
I think those old rims are SSR professor sp1. Probably rota replicas
What happened to this build?
is that 17x 8.5 with a offset of 50 plus?
They are 17x9 +40
@@jaimehurtado356 are you pulling or rolling anything im looking for a perfect flush fitment with 17s with a 0.5 inch to inch drop

245 in the rear 225 and the front
What suspension?
It has Megan track coilovers but they are blown out I’m going to be replacing them next week with new coilovers
BC racing
yo
Those wheels are most likely Rota D2’s
Thanks! I’ll post them up for $100 and see if anyone wants them
@@jaimehurtado356 I sold my set for $350 with bad tires.
@@vteconly thanks for the heads up! I plan on cleaning them up and repainted the centers to all match lol was thinking charcoal grey or just black
You have four rear wheels and tires you don't have the right ones for the front you have to do staggered it's an S2000 hello
I prefer the square set up better then staggered 👍🏼
Bro less talk more s2k footage.
Lol thats not a jacking point..
Please don't take it on a drive that's not going to work
Okay I won’t
