The Yoko's and Falken 660's both run a size large. A 245 in those tires is the same size as a RE71R 255. The 660s also weigh a good bit more than the REs but seem to handle a lot more heat however they do still grease out and they don't feel consistent to cord like the REs.
The RS4... Good seat time tire that you can drive to and from the track but not really a good daily tire. They handle loads of track days though.
In the rain, they aren't even as good as the 615k, the 660, or the Yoko's. If you want a sporty tire that's wet weather friendly then the Conti Extreme Contact Sport out performs all other tires 200TW+ in the wet as an autocross tire.
I have about 75k miles in the last two years on my S2000s. Daily driven 400k mile example and a nicer weekend toy/AutoX example.

I currently have 235/40/18 RT660, if I want the same fitment in 615K+ I should move to 245/40/18 in your experience?

How much wider are the rt660 compared to the rs4? Or are they the same?
I currently own the Falken RT 615K+ 255/40 17 square on some TE37 17X9.5 +46. My suspension is the Ohlins DFV 10k front, 8k rear. My ride height is currently at 0.53 inches all the way around. However, I am rubbing! To the point where I ruined my driver-side fender. After getting my alignment and corner balance I began to rub when I did aggressive driving (especially during full lock). I did my alignment at Cheworks and currently running -3.3 degrees all the way around. Fenders are rolled. I have no issues when driving normally but when I take out my S2K, I always drive it aggressively. What am I doing wrong? I see plenty of people running these specs with no issues. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
I am going to raise the car in hopes that this will solve my issue but if does not, do you feel like going to a 245 upfront will help prevent me from rubbing?
Just bought the falcon azenis for my 20 si, I did very lil study on this tire. Is this tire ok for the Rain?

Thank you for your service and thank you foe the comment! Yes, the azenis handle rain quite well actually. They shin in warm weather being a summer tire, but can handle wet weather just fine for everyday use.
