The Pacer Classic is a superb tribute to Kramer’s original shred-style axe, and it won’t drain your wallet. Picking up the Pacer Classic is like hopping in a time machine - its familiar double-cut body and classic-style headstock will transport you right back to the decade of decadence. And when you plug the Pacer Classic into a cranked British-style stack, you can rest assured that its dual open-coil humbuckers will deliver the goods. Kramer knows well that no guitar would be shred worthy without a double-locking tremolo, arming the Pacer Classic with a licensed Floyd Rose so you can squeal and dive all night long. If you want to rock like it’s 1982, the Kramer Pacer Classic will be happy to oblige!

Rock like it's 1982! 🤘What riff will you start with?
82 is a weird transition for rock or metal. Maybe some Kreator, Venom, Judas Priest, Ozzy, or DRI.
Def some Laura Branigan💃🏿
@@maxmustardman298 Self Control has a cool riff!
@@shredguitarob yeah she had a bunch of guitar friendly tunes, easy to rock up
Kramer is putting out the best budge shred guitars today. It's honestly hard to believe how good these and the baretta special are for the price point.
I'm not left handed, but know a few folks who are. Glad someone like Kramer is doing this, since others only view it as a cost rather than turning other people on to their guitars.
The pickups sounded pretty good. For under $400, it's tough to beat.
I always watch these videos when Nick does them
For those who don't know, that is nick bowcott of grim reaper. An absolutely killer nwobhm band, they're as underrated as other nwobhm bands like avenger, savage, raven, diamond head and angel witch
Steve Grimmett just passed away :(
@@seanmorgan9020 I know, he really was a legend.
Northwest Birmingham possibly?
Say what you want but playing songs from this era is an absolute blast. I have an ‘86 Baretta and it just begs for riffs that pedal the A.
They couldn’t have picked a better person such as Nick Bowcott from Grim Reaper to showcase these beautiful Kramers! 🤘🏼
Have you heard the player of avenger
@@ALLMETAL1970 I have not
@@dawson1787 listen to the solo of their song death race 2000, the band itself has an absolutely incredible discography. Also they were part of the NWOBHM
@@ALLMETAL1970 never heard of them I’ll have to check them out
I bought the blue and red pacers I'm so happy that I did buy them as there an absolute fantastic machine to play
You literally demo’d songs that made us instant friends!!!! You Sir, are a good man…
sick playing
Finally some left-handed guitars that aren't black! Thank you Kramer. I'm ordering one soon.
Thanks alottt... Now I got to swing by Sunday and check it out.
Nick has some serious top self hard rock/metal chops. 👍👏
As a lefthander myself, this is awesome. Definitely need to check this guitar out.
Good stuff!!
As a left-handed player, I love that Kramer has made this guitar available for the same price as the right-handed models, in the same finishes. Having to either pay 10 to 20% more, or have one color option to choose, is a HUGE issue. I'm looking at you, EVH/Fender. And Ibanez. And Gibson. And pretty much ANY guitar manufacturer.
so I got the purple one... wow.
it plays fkn awesome,
I’m so getting this guitar in red and putting black Seymour Duncan pickups in it I think it will look amazing
Finally a left hand Kramer video
I love your style 🎸 big fans 🤟🔥
Loved this vid Nick, and im a bass playa lol🎸
Finally some lefty guitars that aren't black. I have the LH Blue Pacer. I replaced the Alinco Classic humbuckers with Seymore Duncan humbuckers, JB-4 in the bridge, It's a beast!
… shoot, just realized the bridge pick up volume is below the neck pick up knob. Last I got like that, I had to have it rewired. These types of guitars are on the bridge pick up 99% of the time, so it’s best to have the volume knob right there on top. Not only is the tone knob not needed on a Kramer, but it should really only have one volume knob, and one toggle.
One of the extremely few top mount lefty Floyd options available now outside of custom orders. Thanks Nick. I'm a lefty too. You know how fun that is. :P
As a righty who only looks for guitars with top mounted Floyds I can only imagine how frustrating it is for you guys.
@@dawson1787 It's pretty frustrating lol. It *does* make actually getting a good guitar all the more sweeter though. I'm prepared to lay down $4000 on a custom Dean ML because of it.
@@leftyzappa Jesus you’d never see me paying that much for a guitar but then again I’m not severely limited lol.
@@dawson1787 I used to have the same attitude…but I recently got a lefty USA Dean V and it is *perfect*. As I love the ML shape and want a Floyd guitar, I can see myself getting it. A be all end all really. I’ve got a Mexican Wolfgang Special that is almost perfect. Not my shape of choice though. Thus…🤓
I would like to see the rest of his shirt. I like what I know it says haha
Wrath of the Ripper!!!!
Fellow lefty here :)
I’m a leftie and I’m looking to pickup a reasonably priced guitar to begin branching into learning some Metallica riffs and leads (I play pop punk usually). Would this be the best option or is there something else that would be preferable?
I’ve heard mixed reviews on this in terms of the guitar staying in tune with the trem.
Any advice much appreciated. I do like Ibanez guitars but in my sub 500 ish price range I’m limited in options.
❤🤘🤘
Wish it came in black, or white.
I am not wondering what video gear you are using since this is an instrument and audio demo, I am wondering what effects and pedals you are using for this demo you smart people from sweetwater.
Nice review, thank you Sir! #leftysrule
🤘🤘🤘
so unusual as i have a desert yellow colour of this guitar...but its never mentioned,
I am obligated to disclose that I have been absolutely, 100% ROCKED TO HELL!!!
I hope Kramer reissues the grim reaper scythe guitar.
Came here because of the Working Class Music channel’s unboxing of one from the recent “Guitar House” series of videos. Reminds me a bit of my first guitar, which was a busted version of someone’s DIY attempt to turn a generic Les Paul into a Kramer-style guitar.
harshest sounding guitar i own. emgs sound ok in it. stock pickups are decent. overall the guitar is super harsh sounding in highs and higher mids.
Lefty...Yas
Red. Come on.
High performance at an affordable price.
Are these even worth it though?
Nick,
What's it like going from a recessed Floyd Rose to a top mounted Floyd? I had an original Kramer brother you know the cream color ones that came out that was over 35 years ago I believe and ever since then I've been playing Jackson's and checkers that have recessed friends I'm just curious how my hand resting on top of a top mounted Floyd would affect anything. Also I believe you know a friend of mine if you remember him his name is Roger Holcomb is a manager at a music store here in Delaware, he's mentioned you before and said you were a great guy so see you in hell. :)
Ibanez rulessssss!!!!!!!!!
wood makes no difference at all., iam also a lefty and am gettting one of these my self i also play righty but will be getting a different keramer for a righty these are nice guitars tho either way
Tell George Lynch that the guitars body wood makes no difference . He demands maple bodies for his electrics and won't settle for anything else . Kramer really screwed up and don't offer the 84 in a maple body anymore . They should give you an option .
I heard flavors of rock you to hell
Im a lefty but I don’t like Floyd rose
