    HOW TO MAKE ANGOORI PANI PURI
    Ingredients
    12-15 green grapes (angoor)
    16-20 crisp puffed puris
    1 cup fresh mint leaves, cleaned and washed
    1 cup fresh coriander leaves, cleaned and washed
    1-2 green chillies, broken
    1 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)
    Salt to taste
    2 teaspoons pani puri masala
    1 lemon
    1½ cups black grape juice
    1 teaspoon red chilli powder
    Method
    1. To make the pani, put mint leaves in a blender jar, add coriander leaves, green chillies, cumin seeds, salt, pani puri masala and ½ cup water and blend to a fine puree. Add 1 cup water and blend again.
    2. Strain the blended mixture into a large bowl. Squeeze the juice of lemon and add black grape juice and mix well. Chill the pani in the refrigerator before chilling.
    3. Halve the green grapes horizontally and transfer into a bowl. Add salt to taste and red chilli powder and mix well.
    4. To serve, make a small hole on one side of each crisp puffed puris and stuff some green grape mixture. Pour the pani in shot glasses, place one stuffed puri on top of each glass and serve immediately.
