This recipe worked for me perfectly.. Even though I didn't use warm water.. And rolled the cut out puris once again for a smooth edges.. The main thing is the dough.. It has to be perfect..

The way you explain each and every minute detail that goes into making the recipe is truly incredible! Please share dosa recipe because however hard I try it always sticks to the tawa.
I'm not sure how helpful these tips would be but I am making dosa's from quite a while, so These are a few things that helped me while making dosa's 1.The first dosa never comes right🤪 2. After pouring your batter and making the dosa, give it some time , you can see the outside of the dosa slowly raising, that's when it's ready to be flippled. 3. While pouring batter I keep the temperature on hot to medium hot but when I flip it I simmer down the heat. 4. If your pan is old and it's hard to get the dosa's out of it, try cleaning the pan with oil on onion (chopped into half or smaller depending on the size of onion) use fork to hold the Onion so that you won't burn your hands. Basically put some oil on half or piece of Onion, piere this on a fork and use the oiled side to clean the pan in between making dosa's. Trust me it helps. I don't actually know the recipe for dosa cause my mom does that. 🙈 I'll ask her later and update it

Thank you. Started to make my fav Sev Puri n Pani Puri golgappa. But after few puris came flat. N few baloons. Then changed my lunch menu. No rotis. Made big puris. N had super lunch with methi arhar dal, chow chow/tomato chutney n tomato onion raita. N enjoyed like hvg dahi Puri. Topped with all chutneys too. Was super tasty. Watch yr videos for ideas. Cheers. Tried my hands for the first time Making golgappe by this recipe... awsm they were.. just that paani i made of heeng, raw mango, saunf and pudina... wat a taste 👍👍
For everyone who tried to make these at home, do not add Maida(All purpose flour) to the dough. Leave the dough and keep it moist by using some oil on the surface and a damp cloth to cover it. Also when you roll the pani puris keep them on a damp cloth and cover them with the same damp cloth to retain moisture. The most important thing to note is that you have to keep them moist. Maida will just spoil the texture and make them chewy. Good Luck
That piece of information was very helpful.thanks for sharing ur experience .I too had tried with little maida and had kept it moist but after resting the dough,it soaked the water and became too hard to roll.still I went on, but pooris became soft.got disappointed n threw away all the atta.

Bro you can also fill in air by preheating the oil to a high temperature and when you pit the puris then you lower the gas immediately. The air will fill up
I think you firstly see the trailer of upcoming recipe on Instagram and then plan to make that dish 😁. BTW meri mummy ne bhi jagah jagah se puri ki recipe delh kar puri bana ne ki try ki 2 din pehle, par adhi puriya fulti hai adhi nahi fulti. Ab ye recipe to pakka work karegi.

For everyone who tried to make these at home, do not add Maida(All purpose flour) to the dough. Leave the dough and keep it moist by using some oil on the surface and a damp cloth to cover it. Also when you roll the pani puris keep them on a damp cloth and cover them with the same damp cloth to retain moisture. The most important thing to note is that you have to keep them moist. Maida will just spoil the texture and make them chewy.

That piece of information was very helpful.thanks for sharing ur experience .I too had tried with little maida and had kept it moist but after resting the dough,it soaked the water and became too hard to roll.still I went on, but pooris became soft.got disappointed n threw away all the atta.
@@5050sotf I know it is very frustrating. I wonder why every recipe on the internet asks to put a Lil maida. My mom made it with only Suji and it turned out very crispy.

Bro you can also fill in air by preheating the oil to a high temperature and when you pit the puris then you lower the gas immediately. The air will fill up
