I am a newbie on works outs , I am on remission from cancer so my oncologist strongly advice me to change my lifestyle…so searching any good workout video that suit me. So I stumble to your videos tried if for two days , it was amazing so now I am on my 2 months of exercising using your videos ( I am using your videos simultaneously) and I am really seeing/ feeling some changes ..I am really grateful Mr. Adams 😊 I am from Kuwait by the way

I have become disabled from chronic illness and am unable to do what I used to at the moment. So glad I found your channel! It gives me hope that I can regain strength and cardio endurance again. Also, I miss the rowing machine from the gym and had looked at body exercises to imitate the rowing, but they never felt like they were using the same muscles. Your exercises felt more challenging and easy to increase/decrease difficulty if needed. Thanks so much!

Hey Curtis, I love your workouts. I’m type 2 diabetes and these are great. I can’t do floor exercises because I have a back issue, so doing the chair exercises has been helping with my back. And the exercises are good enough for me to see my blood glucose levels go down after I work out. Thank you.

I just started doing this yesterday and today, although I am not a senior. I do have health issues along with balance issues and I had tried to do the silver sneakers video but it was too fast paced for me. I am so thankful that I have found your video because you are just the right pace and you explain what you’re doing very let’s just say easily so that people like me can understand it I appreciate all that you do thank you again for your video it really really has helped. I have to lose weight for a specific surgery so this will help me keep going thank you

Thank you very much Curtis! 54 y/o and I’ve let myself get so out of shape and overweight. Started bouncing around different videos every night trying different ones but have stuck with yours now for about a month now. Try to do it 7 days a week. It’s perfect and has me moving so again thank you!!
I think you are great. I really enjoy the core workouts that are hard to find in a chair. I can stand for awhile but then my knees start to hurt so I mix it up. The great variety of types is good for me. I am 71 and have arthritis and fibromyalgia and I walk with my dogs 20 min a day but need more and you are a really good resource.
Thanks Curtis! Most workouts I’ve tried targeted for seniors are low impact but the movements are way too fast for the balance and mobility challenges I face, so thanks for going at a pace I could manage!
