- Hey guys, FatBuddyCat here! Today, we are installing the complete Coleman Ct200u Add More Power kit from The Gray Goat Garage and my good friends at OMBWAREHOUSE.COM. This kit includes a stock length billet rod, a Honda UT1 flat top piston and rings, a CS 265 cam, an ARC Billet Flywheel, Autolite 3910x spark plug, 18 pound valve springs and gaskets. This combination will boost torque and power by upping the feed, rpm, and the compression of the Hisun 196.

Dude you’re so awesome for this. My son and I just built up a bt200 following your video. Thank you for takin the time to put it out there for everyone else gettin into it. You took a ton of guess work out of it for us.
@kevrg no problem! Super glad I could help.
Dude I’ve been putting my engine back together and I forgot where a couple things went😂 you saved my butt
@wraithjrsnacky7742 that is exactly why I'm so thorough with my presentations. Glad it helped!
I'm waiting on the mail to come should have last of my parts to ride mine today can't wait
I'm finishing my engine mods but I'm definitely taking my motorcycle out! It's beautiful today.
Fell asleep bro. Video is so long but I appreciate it
@dallassalinasboxeo2305 some of them are better to listen to in the background while you're working on a project. Sorry about that, I hope the nap was awesome though!!
Love the videos man. No bull crap, all solid info.
Some of them are long but I try to shoe the reality of what I'm up against.
bro is a lifesaver
Sometimes, I make mistakes, but I try my best to go over this stuff so anyone people can see what there up against without taking it to seriously.
Thank you so much for this video you made it simple and to the point!
Some of my videos are kinda long but I try to keep it real so people working on their own stuff see what it takes.
Great stuff! What about ring gap? What's the measurement? I heard it was .008 but not sure? Can't wait to it rip!
That's why I run the Honda piston and rings as a set. The generic 196 rings aren't as forgiving on ring gaps.

I’m surprised you don’t use a spring compressor tool man they work like a dream for those split lock retainers!! I run that kit on my Tilly! Awesome kit!
I have one on my bench but most people don't. I'm still getting used to it. It works good with the non-hemi splits but these billet jobs are still a bit difficult for my sausage fingers even with the compressor. How far can you compress them? I've been trying to not go all the way.
@@fatbuddycat You can compress them all the way at least with the tool I use. I just put tool in my vice to hold her still. Also have my trusty extendo magnet stick for them retainers. Breakfast sausage or bratwurst? 😂
@Jason Strapponi lol I was trying to figure out how to get the angle right!! Man I was trying to hold that thing in place in between my knees, under my arm pit and every which way but up my own a$$. 😆
@@fatbuddycat Its the angle of the dangle baby
@@jaystrappa lol 😆 that's what it's all about sometimes!
Zen and the art of mini bike maintenance
I tried to leave out as much of the technical jargon I could out of this presentation. It takes me less than an hour to get one of these engines assembled to spec.....this video took a solid 8 hours to shoot and get right. When you're the camera man and the grease monkey things can get messed up quick!
@@fatbuddycat you do an awesome job!
@mklein5179 I appreciate it! Even if my videos only get a few views I at least know there is a handful that get the exclusive inside track of what I actually put into my mini bikes.
@@fatbuddycat you’re the man fbc!!
@@mklein5179 wait till you see what I did to the rest of the bike!!
Good stuff
Rock on! I can't wait to get it on the bike.
I did the same kit with 26lb springs as well. I have some 1:3 rockers . Would it hurt the stock head if I installed them as well as using the ,265 cam? Thanks in advance for the response
I would double check the valve to piston clearance to be sure. I'll know more soon, I have a Predator 224 build I'm working on that has a 275 lift cam and 1:3 ratio Rockers. I know I'll be doing custom Pushrods at the least.
@@fatbuddycat so at minimum custom pushrods would be needed? I have stock length stainless ones
@Chris_meow18 I'm using a 275 cam, with a 265 it might not be necessary. Pushrods only control the geometry. The valve to piston clearance isn't changed by the Pushrods, that's just something I have to do with Gage Roller Rockers.
Great Job 👍
Thanks! I left it loose on the lingo and just tried to really focus on the important parts to look out for when doing these basic builds. I can't wait to ride this mini bike!!
When you set the valves you said you use .015 but you use .0015 in your video. I’m guessing you just said it wrong and still use the .0015?
Bingo! I get lost in the jargon quite often.
@ just before 38:30 " don't screw this up" funny way to put...advice 1.5 cents just saying
Never judge a book by its cover.
Specially the tattered up ones with the playboy centerfolds folded up into book marks!
You could teach brain surgeons a thing or two
My first crush from grade school is a legitimate brain surgeon and I am completely certain, beyond all reasonable doubt, 100% positive she wants nothing to do with the likes of me. But then again she's also the first person to notice that I had a self confidence issue with my weight....also we used to crowd the plate during t-ball to really knock the wind out of her sails...I'm sure the resentment is mutual at this point. I'll take the L there and still live like it could all be gone tomorrow!
@@fatbuddycat I hope you have read zen and the art of motorcycle maintenance. But there definitely is a zen aspect to you
@mklein5179 can I get it on Amazon? It's the vibes. I'm really, really old inside.....I saw planets collide. If man could see my soul they'd take a second to realize what lies behind real eyes and the secrets they hide.
@@fatbuddycat you’ve been to finishing school! That reminds me of the speech rutger hauer gives at the end of blade runner
@@fatbuddycat I would think Amazon has it
