Thank you Chrystal! I needed to hear this. I am in my 3rd quarter of life in my 50's and a caregiver to my Dad. I was thinking that I no longer had opportunity to do things outside of that. I am beginning to do some of the things you spoke of and what you said gave me an extra boost of motivation to continue and follow thru. Also, I will be sharing this video with my daughters who are all in their 20's. I couldn't have said it better!
