    I used to purposely eat rice because it always made me fall asleep. Didn't know it was actually a thing.

      yes, carb can induce insulin which can make you feel sleepy

    He just said in another video that there is not enough tryptophan in either warm milk or turkey to be beneficial. More like a myth.
