Just bought a Brent mason tele, and I heard this song on the radio today and that’s how I ended up on your video…..I am LOVING having a b-bender to play with. Awesome Job! I hope I become that fluid with mine eventually.
Brent Mason! For God’s sake one of the best players ever. I would’ve been totally stunned if he didn’t nail the crap out of that tasty solo. Mason plays across the aisle very well-his jazzy rock stuff is legendarily good, too.
@@justsomeguy1074 you are correct sir. I don’t recall making that statement about Brett Mason because I certainly know better, I must’ve been inebriated at the time.
You did a good job playing the solo correctly. Bernie Leadon is an amazing guitar player. My favorite song since I first heard it when it came out. I would never attempt recording this as a cover because my expectation would not match reality. I did play it live on acoustic when I did my ac solo for many years ..God bless John 3:16
Really nice tone, finesse and exactly like the record. Awesome. I would love to know your signal chain for that tone. What amp and any pedals ? I just bought the Brent Mason Signature tele and was looking for a nice B Bender song to learn which is how I cam across your UA-cam video. Really well done sir.
I love benders, going all the way back to the BYRDS, who got that all started, and there's a YT Vid on that one. BUT the "major surgery" needed for a TELE is to me, extreme. SO I bought a Squier TELE from Sweetwater (that came with faulty tuning machines!---but they replaced them for free, but I now still have to PAY my Luthier to replace them! ) AND Bought a Certano G & B Bender, and had that installed, and it is GREAT. Best to do it on a Gtr with a 3-saddle bridge, because a little half moon section needs to be notched out of the back part of the Gtr's bridge. Have had great fun learning to use it, as there are virtually NO YT lesson videos on that.
Such a great song and a great band. It's just good musicianship and songwriting. I played a lot of metal bands in the 90's. I used to show up for practice and warm-up playing the solo to Hotel California. Most never heard it before. I'd get, "what's that?" "A lesson", I would say. If any were to pay attention the Peaceful's lyrics it talks about a guy whose been around the block, knows life's pitfalls, and is at peace with his experiences. What a message for people nowadays. Not written by an Eagle but still done so well by Leadon and Frey. Huge Eagles fan!!
Great song! I played it for many years. I saw a video of the guy who wrote it playing in a grocery store by the vegetables for tips. Strange business..

My old man is such a fanatic about teles and I’m pretty sure one with a. B bender would satisfy his collection
Truly catches the country flavour. That was awesome 👍
Great job. You nailed it!
That, my friend, is better than the original.
One of my favorite Eagles guitar riffs. Beautifully done!
Brother that was darn pretty !

It's not Brent playing but it is a Brent Mason signature guitar!

@@Glehost It's all good! Of course Brent Mason is one of the best players ever to pick up a tele!
Great job Jed!
Thank you for that.
Brother, that was the best solo on Peaceful Easy Feeling that I've heard on UA-cam so far!!
Very nice. I'm in the middle of getting a B-Bender installed in a Tele. I'm looking forward to all the possibilities. This is a great one.
Also one of my favorite riffs and songs to play on my B-bender Tele. Man, you do a great job on this.

Awesome cover! I'm new to country guitar - can you give me some direction to reach this amp tone?
All I found is just fpr the twang type 😔
What effects are you running through your Tele? Sounds great brother

Awesome job - just ordered a Brent mason signature Tele with b-bender myself can’t wait for it to arrive
I wish I knew only the licks he has forgot

I could never coordinate that, lol. Nice job!
A little B-bender magic on this one!!
That was excellent! I've always wanted to see someone play that lead correctly like Bernie Leadon did with the B Bender.
Nice chops
Nice job! Cool axe.
😎👍
Beautiful
Superb job!
You NAILED it, brother!! 👍
Playing isn't matching up with the video. How did you record this?
Great sound and played very well!

Strange business..
Love it.
Someone needs to try a LollarTron in the neck position.
