Sadly, There should be more discussion on climate change or disaster risk, despite Pakistan's ongoing struggle with frequent climate-related shocks and stresses. Much of the development seems counterintuitive, especially considering Pakistan's recurring floods every second year.

Pakistan keeps changing the FM face so that IMF does not get bored. Also since the pak finance ministers find it difficult to keep a straight face while saying the same mundane answers

Sindh province is an excellent example of PPP, so many projects are delivered through PPP. however, it could be expended in many other areas as well.
