Can either select a Lawyer in the Philippines, to challenge the accusation made against you, whilst still in the Philippines (Ha Ha... How much time and money do you have)... or... If you are in your 'own' Country of Residence, select a Lawyer to act on your behalf, working WITH a Lawyer selected in the Philippines, to challenge the accusation made against you... Either way (?) time, is the larger impediment ! You 'may' win your case (?)... You 'may' lose your case (?) or... You 'may' reach a compromise settlement, of sum of money to the aggrieved party against you... or... even a letter of 'Apology' with NO payment, written to the aggrieved 'Party'/Parties'... Lastly... A 'Good' Reference to my advice is: UA-cam "The Filipina Pea'... Very entertaining, witty, sharp., and knowledgeable Lady, worth her weight in Gold ! Has anybody noticed how generally 'polite' the average Philippine man/woman/child is ? When in Rome, DO as the Romans DO... When in Philippines, reciprocate accordingly... After all things said and done, the attraction of the Philippines Peoples is their positivity, cheerfulness and friendliness... There are always exceptions, (every Country) but, That is Life ! More content is steeped in negativity, painting a picture of life in the Philippines that's not only one sided but also potentially misleading for those considering moving here. It's disheartening to see you exploit these stories for views, as it does little to foster a balanced understanding of life abroad." "Instead of focusing solely on the pitfalls, why not share insights on how to build healthy relationships, navigate the legal system, or celebrate the positive aspects of Filipino culture? Such content would not only be more educational but would also help in creating a more welcoming narrative for expats and locals alike." I've been watching many expat videos for a while, off and on over the years and while I appreciate your intent to warn potential expats about pitfalls, I feel there's a heavy skew towards negativity. Over my 15+ years here in and out of the Philippines, I've seen this pattern not just in your channel but across many vloggers that come and go. It's crucial to discuss the challenges, no doubt, but there's a whole other side to this country that's vibrant, supportive, and full of opportunity. Many of these vloggers, often live on tight budgets in less developed areas, which can indeed amplify issues like scams or legal troubles. However, this lifestyle choice or economic necessity doesn't represent the full spectrum of Filipino life or expat experiences. It seems like there's a cycle of picking the most desperate situations or areas, then expressing shock when things go awry. I believe it would be more constructive to also show how one can live safely, legally, and happily here.

Lastly... If residing overseas., and you have a request for a Philippines Visa declined (with NO reason given) it is probably the fact that 'someone' has registered a complaint against you... (NO guarantees on a Wedding Certificate)... ...🐔"Cockle Doodle Do" !🐓...
So true, well said sir

Is child support under VAWC?
A victim under the VAWC Act may ask for temporary or permanent custody of her children. The court may also direct the payment of child support through the temporary protection order or permanent protection order if the woman and child are entitled to it.
You know it's a lottery in any part of the world...
This is in line like we can't make a bad comment about the philippines Or question something thats not right.we dont have a leg to stand on.i know there new law in ph to protect us against Scam we can file a case on it
The noise level there is insane that's a turn off for me.
Yes sorry James, It was raining and i didnt realise it was so loud on the video
@@Philippinedreaming I think he was referring to the Philippines being noisy in general not the rain mate...I love that sound of the rain coming down on a tin roof.
More content is steeped in negativity, painting a picture of life in the Philippines that's not only one sided but also potentially misleading for those considering moving here. It's disheartening to see you exploit these stories for views, as it does little to foster a balanced understanding of life abroad."
"Instead of focusing solely on the pitfalls, why not share insights on how to build healthy relationships, navigate the legal system, or celebrate the positive aspects of Filipino culture?
I believe it would be more constructive to also show how one can live safely, legally, and happily here.
i don't think he is doing just cynical click bait, I think he is honestly going through a few darker scenarios with anecdotal evidence.
Not for views at all
Child support in Philippines? I ges it will be betwin 6 to 20.000peso if its your child, just pay it. People dont just get deported in Philippines? Have you ever been to a barangay meeting?
you feeling okay? The Philippines Government can not make a foreigner pay child support and a filipino can not claim child support from the US government, only if the child becomes US citizen then DOR can come after you but not the philippines government. learn your facts.
Yeah ..the Filipino know they hold the ace, so be careful as there are some nasty peeps out there.
No they don't. The Westerner is the golden goose, every Filipino woman is always fearful that someone will steal away their Golden goose , so the Westerner holds the power in the relationship. Only a total nutjob would deport their goose
Yes, you can see it in some of their eyes sometimes.
Lol I have a neighbor who works for immgration ive asked no she can't get deported or blacklisted
Can you explain in detail?
Hello James, Please check out the Armstrong family vlogger. He was deported and blacklisted

Yeh and massively high wages more than Doctors for pressing a few buttons and holding the country to ransom every 6 months! I was a firefighter, I saw dead people all the time, and my job was much more dangerous than sitting on your ass in a tin can, but on only half the wages, because our union doesn't has leverage over the government to strike every 6 months!
Huh?

Is it really necessary to have an asian person in tow, why can't you just live there and enjoy expat life.
Alternatively yoù could move to asia with a partner from your own country... wow none of these problems would exist.
Your partner may not be able to adapt to the Filipino way of life..
@PeevyMctweevy I think it's about security in a strange place. I, for one, have a good wife from the Philippines. I take care of her in the USA she returns the favor in the Philippines. Its not fun getting old without some kind of safety net. If you don't have anyone looking out for you, stay at home.
Women from our home country weaponized our children against already. The fact that the Filipina was doing it here is just a reminder to those coming... be careful. Keep your circle small and take your time vetting any potential girlfriends.
