Wish the ending setup was longer lol! I really like Jay and Ryan together lol, their styles are really varied but they work really well together lol! And it wasnt until this video where I finally understand the Drip noise now that Ryan explained it and fully brought it out with those timed effects lol!
Thanks @RalphPacheco2 , we agree. Ryan and Jay really wanted to make a video to try to help as many people as they could on this. They are fun together and work hard to be informative. Thanks for checking us out.
Thanks so much @elee6157 🙏🏼 we are having lots of fun making this content and each time we set out to deliver some helpful info and also to entertain and inform. We will keep trying to find new ideas for guitar gear-centric content.
Love this channel, liked and subscribed. It’s very helpful to see how and where other people use their effects. A challenging pedal to find a home for is the Night Wire by EQD. Been swapping it around for a couple weeks. Think I finally found the best spot for it this morning. I put it after the Plumes and before the new Silos delay. Tough decision because it sounds great before dirt and after delay too. Fun to experiment though. Great video guys, I hope to see more. ✌🏻
@AlexanderDekhtyar there are so many interesting alternatives to explore we ran out of time. You are correct that would be a fun one to explore. Maybe on "Pedal Order Part 2". Thanks for watching the channel
Most Wampler stuff is good, but have not tried the delay. We did test a bunch of other delays here: ua-cam.com/video/YR4CM2Ac7_M/v-deo.html perhaps that will be helpful. Thanks for checking out our channel.
If you've got an amp with a great sounding overdrive of its own, and you're relying on a PEDAL to get your distortion tone, EVERYTHING is wrong with your approach. It's like having the prettiest girlfriend just waiting for you to come visit her and give her some love, and you stay home and do the five knuckle shuffle instead. LAME.
I’ve heard great sounds with a really clean fender amp and distortion pedals. Like a clean Fender and a Klone is great. You can have a pedal push the amp or just have the pedal do the work and EQ it. Or you can do what we did in the 90s and have a Rat pedal just nasty pedal.

They are so passionate and knowledgable! 💡
So true!
Slap-back delay is my favorite guitar effect. So much fun to play simple meledies and have note gaps filled in naturally.
Yeeeesh the reverse drip is bananas!!
I think you nailed it saying the reverse drip sounded like someone hitting a power line/phone cable
These guys are excellent

reminds me of chucking a rock across a frozen lake and the sound it makes when it bounces.

Love the reverse drip effect 🔥

Starting to explore some new sonic combinations thanks to these explorations. Thanks.
Have fun with that and if you come up with anything we must try please let us know.
That reverse drip is so alien sounding 👽 👾
If nothing else I learned that pedals are a blast 💥 All of them on? 🤷♂️
Excellent! Thanks for checking out the channel.
That reverse drip is dope
Crazy cool sounds!
Sounds pretty neat
Good to know, not just how, instead the reasons the order creates a certain noise.
Thanks @Markwmdwyer 👍🏼 Ryan and Jay really wanted to approach this that way.
That‘s very helpful thank you!
Glad it helped! Thanks @Chris_mueller for checking out the channel.
A solid patch connector? I don’t know if I can trust you guys anymore.
I hope it's because they ran out of normal ones. Cause I see two of them here
Just for a demo, not for the gig board. Good eye!
Good info thanks!
Very cool sound
odd yet very interesting add something with self oscillation
very interesting sound
That's really neat.

You missed your chance to put delay in front of the chain (-: Thanks for another fun video.

The reverse drip might be more interesting with a vocalist than a guitar.
That would be interesting to hear for sure.
I jumped through a hoop to say that the reverse drip sounds pretty cool.
Reverse drip 💧 oooffffaaaa that sounded good
Wild mix
