ADDING ALTERNATING COLORS INTO GOOGLE SHEETS

Is there a way to have the colors alternate every three rows? ex. 3 white rows, 3 grey rows, 3 white rows, 3 grey rows.

Works awesome if you need/use "Filter View" in Google Sheets. 'Alternating colors" doesn't group rows and colors together like "Conditional formatting". So, thank you!
