The key to big returns is not big moving stocks. It's managing risk in relationship to reward. Having the correct size on and turning your edge as many times as necessary to reach your goal. That holds true from long term investing to day trading.

You need to hire a financial advisor to help you diversify your portfolio by including Mutual Funds, Etf's, the 11 GICS groups, inflation-indexed bonds, and stocks of companies with reliable cash flows rather than growth stocks, where prices were based on future prospective earnings.

These market uncertainties, which got the best of me in 2020 and left me holding worthless positions in the market, are the reason I don't base my market judgments and decisions on rumors and heresays. I had to completely revamp my portfolio with the help of an advisor before I started seeing any notable results in my portfolio, and I've been working with the same advisor and have scaled up 750k.

Do not forget to keep this in mind. There are happy and unhappy days. Although it's a zero-sum game, remember to diversify your holdings so that when one performs poorly, the others do as well. Furthermore, spend carefully and invest wisely. Hiring a skilled specialist with a platform that offers a variety of investing possibilities can help you do this. You may even get more by doing this, and you leave little space for regrets.

Great videos. I have implemented most of your suggestions into my stock tracker.
In watching this video, it struck me how telling the last part of it is. When you extend the look back to 500 days, you comment about how most of the charts reflect when the pandemic hit.
It's interesting to look at the companies you chose and how their charts responded to the pandemic.
Amazon, Tesla, Facebook, Microsoft and Apple took off.
Delta, United and Spirit fell off the face of a cliff and have struggled to make it halfway back to where they were.

Hi Brian, thanks for taking the time to put this video together ❤️
Is there a way to break days into specific times ie to check the the difference from the open @09:30 and say 15min intervals.
Just want to try and review for trends on gap ups and runners

wow. Simply superb. Thanks for this insight. Appreciated. I am trying to create a weekly high, low, open, and close price data for a select few stocks. Open will be first workday of the week's "open price" and close will be last workday of the week's close price. Correct? What do I use to get High and low for the week?

Hi Brian, thank you for this great video. It helped a lot and creating a live data watchlist was really fun. I am struggling with the 250 Days Chart. Can you help? I get the initial chart but not the better looking one nor can I change the color. Any ideas?

I like that graph that you added to this. Is it possible to have a graph like that that uses dividend yield over a 5 or 10 year time frame that also shows an average. So that an investor might be able to quickly see which companies are historically over/undervalued compared to their past?
Again, your doing a great job. A very clear explanation.

Hey Brian, great vid... love it!! Any chance you could look into doing a vid on a formula, if possible, that could scrape an exchange ie, ASX or NASDAQ etc, and list companies dynamically from highest to lowest based on parameters like % dividend returns etc? Something structured like the top 200, 100, 50 or 10 highest returning companies would be awesome.

Wow, what a great video. I added a few basics like initial shares and purchases. I added a few basic formulas to show my sample portfolio. Are ETFs and, bonds, and mutual funds handled the same way? If not have you thought about a follow-up vid.
