By far my favorite lav I’ve used and I think every content creator should use this. Way too many creators have clipped audio due to not testing beforehand and dropping the gain enough to give themselves headroom. This prevents all of that. And I did a quick video on my channel about why I switched to the Rode Wireless Pro from the legendary Sennhesier G4 lavs so check it out if you’re curious about that.
Love seeing that others are having a similar experience. I’m a huge Sennheiser fan, both of their mics and headphones. In fact, if I had to pick just one brand of mic and headphone to use for the rest of my life, it’s Sennheiser, no doubt. But for the work we are doing here, the Rode Pro are killing it.
@@Caleb_Denison Same here! Sennheiser G4's and G3's for a decade probably now for me. MKH416 is my everyday boom mic. I have a couple pairs of Sennheiser cans at home. I love them but idk how you can justify the $650 price tag for 1 G4 as a content creator or videographer when you get 2 Rode's with all the recording features for $400. Just wild what Rode has done.
I have (2) Wireless Pro Systems. Two things they should add are these. #1- A way to to Jam Sync Timecode from an external device or at the very least, a way to Sync 2 or more receivers to each other. #2 - A Timecode Mode where Left channel outputs Transmitter 1, Right channel outputs Transmitter 2, and the USB can output or input Timecode. This would make these units infinitely better. I would hope these can be achieved via firmware.
What a fun niche video on your sound set-up in studio! (Love that I had an opportunity to use niche in a sentence, so thank you!) Very glad you have found the Rode solution for your needs! Your sound sounds really good on both my iPhone as well as my TV with AVR. Also glad that you will be able to standardize the sound we hear when testing soundbars etc. with your binaural set up! I totally get that we will not hear exactly what you hear in studio but we will surely hear more than before. Maybe explain what is an X Y setup? You may wonder how I can comment on a topic of which I know so little? Well, I am because I can! (Insert emoji of a slightly bratty but humorous Leezah because I couldn’t find one😜) I also enjoyed you making such deft use of your swanky rising coffee table to display your product!! Or were you just rubbing it in that you have something so incredibly cool!?🤣🤣🤣 Great meeting Zeke and Chris, who are also very cool like you!! Who shot the scene with the three of you on the couch? Nice that it shifted from one shots to two shots to three shots etc! One note I want to make about either lighting or color grading or both I think? I always gauge by your eye color. Your eyes looked blue again today on my TV. I like that better. Just sayin! For my fellow viewers: You guys, you need to watch the videos to the very end! Past when you think it ends!! This is the second time I have done that and you will want to do this. I wonder if I need to go back and watch all the videos to the bitter end to see what I missed!! 🥰🤣🥰
Kind of a beginner's question. So what I gathered from this is that the Rode microphone can directly be paired with the video recording device (phone/camera) and the receiver can be made optional if needed be?
Can you plz caleb review a von smart TV I want to know more about it and if possible give it a comparison lastly i want to thank your work it verygood coz you talk facts and that is what matters🤝👍
Yes they did! Not the same application, but I remember how proud Lg was of the V10 and V20 and all the audio efforts they put into those phones. Sad they didn’t really takeoff. Also kind of sad that LG isn’t in the phone game anymore.

I own NT5s. They are great mics for the price.

The Rode sounds better than your wired lav, Chris! Wish the whole video was recorded with them 😜
Hi, how does it compare to the Rode Wireless Pro II?
Kind of a beginner's question. So what I gathered from this is that the Rode microphone can directly be paired with the video recording device (phone/camera) and the receiver can be made optional if needed be?
I'm gonna get one of those 2?

32 bit audio???. LG did this 32 bit 192 kbps lossless audio since 2016 starting from LG V20 phone

Just don't make it paid.😢
Everyone shouting on UA-cam (or in real life) gets a 👎 Lack of Distortion not a free pass 😖
Very unprofessional video quality and content.
Keep quiet kid
