Sad Fact: It was Gree and Jek (that one clone from Ep.1 of the Clone Wars series) that tried to kill Yoda on Kashyyk. Jek took Yoda's advice and retrained as a Scout which is why he had different armor when he answered Palpatine's call during Order 66
It makes me sad knowing that you never got to see the 41st in action (clone wars wise), either their ranger platoon gear (the one we see in Revenge of the Sith). Sure we got to see Nemec and Fireball, but they died super quick. Not to mention in the most anti-climatic way possible. It would’ve been cool to have seen them on the Umbara arc, or even extended fighting in Revenge of the Sith. Their color scheme and armor was just so cool to me

One of the members of the 187th Battalion Purple 🟣 Company is a Clone cadet child, the Commander removed his Inhibitor chip, making him an unaltered Clone. In fact Each of their ships had their own medical Droids that removed each of their Inhibitor chips.
Honestly this tactic is what I wished happened in Ashoka's ship. If they went on the offensive and kept using stun and just removed inhibitor chips for each wave of clones that tried to hit the medical wing, at some point - most of the 332nd and Rex's boys would have deviated from the order. And they could have just kept doing that for ship after ship.

Because compared to Ahsoka and Anakin, Yoda and most of the Jedi limit their bond with basically anyone to avoid emotions clouding their judgement, that's why Yoda killed them with no hesitation. It's also basically a do or die situation and it's only Ahsoka and Rex who knew of the inhibitor chips.
