Should you ever go back and fancy an "interesting beach day" 😉, hire a car for the day and drive up to the dunes, miles and miles of gorgeous beach (with dunes funnily enough). Basically take the cost road north towards Corralejo and you'll drive thru it. You'll most likely have seen it from your ship as sailing by. The shopping centre has been there for a while (I first went in 2006) and it was there then. For a little walk around I think you did very well given the time there. It's not a wildly exciting island but that's part of its charm. Just discovered your channel and subscribed so I'm looking forward to looking thru your other cruise vlogs. Very nicely presented, very enjoyable to watch 👍 Vik
Thanks for the vids guys. Never been on a cruise and we are booked on this ship next summer so these videos are really helpful. We'll have a 1 year old with us so im a little bit nervous.
On my September voyage on Arvia, I won 7 stickers, Inc winning a Disney quiz by myself 😊 I exchanged 4 stickers for 4 X pen & keyring sets and 3 for a P&O USB stick. 10 stickers would have got me a pair of P&O oven gloves ... 🤦♀️ All I really wanted was a P&O or Arvia lanyard, but they didn't have these, neither could I buy one on the ship 😢
@TomandDom Another great review. I have recommended your channel to another friend who is looking to go on another cruise, let's hope they find from your mine of information and enthusiasm, that will give them joy?
I always take a couple of small towels on holiday, because sometimes we just want a walk along the beach! They are handy for drying your feet! 😅....Great video as usual guys. You are both looking great! 😊
Hi guys just came across your page since booking our 1st ever cruise. We are also going to be on the Azura but embarking at Malta. Busy going through your vlogs but if you could name one thing to avoid and one thing is a must for first time cruisers what would they be?
Hi guys, Glad you enjoyed your day 6! I have been on Azura before [pre-covid] and can I just say it was a beautiful ship. I have heard that p&o cruises have removed the trays from their buffets, which seems to be a problem, especially for disabled passengers. Did you notice this on-board Azura? Do you know any more info? Also, the main dining room dishes seem nice but inconsistent don't they? Why do you think the virtual queues system is better on Azura than Arvia and how do you think it can be improved on Arvia? Thanks A Lot! 😃 take care
When we were onboard there were trays on Azura but it does seem a trend that matches other cruise lines Princess. All in all we found the food in the MDR pretty good. The virtual queue was new on Arvia and we weren’t sure how it all worked and it was encouraged much more
Hi Tom and Dom, your review of Ambience Video was excellent. We are booked on the Ambassador world cruise in January 24 on board Ambience. Could you confirm for us that the water out of the taps in the cabins is drinkable, as lots of the reviews say the water dispensers are usually empty because of passengers filling their water bottles? Regards Vince Ratcliffe
Thank you so much! Water in taps are drinkable. Cruise ships only have one water system so the water you are given in the dining rooms is the same water in the taps. In particular on Ambassadors the water that is chargeable is the same water just filtered further

You still can’t get rid of us!
Thanks so much for the shout out, we really appreciate it.
No problem! We are stuck with you now 🤣

I like your "scotish tapas " plates in the evening 😂
I'm going on Azura in December !!!!!
🤣 have a fab time
Thanks another interesting vlog.
Azura is due for refreshing in near future, she's in need of it from what we understand.
It certainly will be interesting to see what they improve
Thanks for this, we’re on the Azura in December and it’s my first cruise in years and years so hoping I like it….keep the vids coming 👍
Amazing! Thanks for watching. Please let us know how it goes

You will have a fab time. Azura is a great ship for first time cruisers! Just don’t take the baby to the late night comedy 🤣
Fuerteventura is a stunning Island we visit every year, it’s a shame the port does not showcase it better.
Yes, other parts of the island are very nice

Sounds like you are a quiz pro! A P&O oven glove sounds interesting.
weve won a key ring, a pen set, an umbrella, a washbag and small towel, and a personal charger with our stamps, but thata over 10 cruises.
That’s amazing few nice things there. Our next P&O cruise we need to try and win a prize

Thanks for the recommendation 😄
We've won a couple of small towels and an alarm clock.
Alarm clock is useful. Small towels not sure what you do with them? 🤣

Our best tip is not to feel like you have to do it all. Take your time, go with the flow and enjoy
Thanks guys, very much appreciated. 👍

I didn't know p&o disembarked In 2 ports on 1 cruise, I thought that was an msc thing.
Same port in Tenerife but just on 2 days.
