We will be in Bruges next year on our Princess cruise. You mentioned in this video that you needed to pay for restrooms. How is that done? Coins, paper money or can you scan a credit card? Just want to be prepared. Thanks.

Great video we had a cold cloudy day when we visited. Good to know the sun does exist. Try the hot dogs. Get the one with everything on it you will not be sorry. It’s a must have treat when we visit.

Thanks for showing us Monaco, Tom and Dom. I flew to Nice for a day in the 90’s with my human son also called Gary and had a coach transfer to Monte Carlo. He was too young to see the casino then but we saw Princess Grace’s grave in church and her daughters’ houses next to each other. Lucy’s never been to the Med because it was before her adoption. But I want to revisit only Gibraltar, Monaco, Malta and Cyprus. Please let me know if you know any cruise or line which has all my choice of ports. Marella may be the best bet. June

When I went to his Mums house to dog sit after Dom had left. I was looking forward to making one myself but Dom had been at the bread bin just leaving crumbs! Dom you owe me one! lol

17:38 I am deeply saddened that anyone, including you, would eat Foie Gras. It is one of, if not the most cruel of all animal products made by force feeding the birds to induce an immensely fatty liver (ie liver disease). Those birds are tortured every day of their adult lives and experience ill health from their intentionally impaired livers on top. For your momentary pleasure they experienced fear and pain. If somehow you think that’s ok please watch an honest video about it - I severely doubt you will have any appetite afterwards.

I visited Villefranche for the 2nd time last year also on the Marella voyager - beautiful little port with a variety of good excursion options. However, I decided to take the train east to the wonderful Nice as I found Monaco underwhelming and overall disappointing when I visited several years ago. I agree Abuela's is an exceptional included restaurant. Silver Fork looks fantastic butunfortunately I didn't try it last year - maybe next time 🤞 Great vlog, thanks.

If you're really desperate for the loo in Bruges there is one of those open to the street urinals lol. Somewhere between Burg Square and Spanish Quay lol. There was a guy quite unashamededly using it lol. Seriously, great video, love Bruges and I've used Cruise Express and they're a very efficient service.

Hi Both, just a note about cafes near the Leaning Tower. The Musei Dell Opera del Duomo , just by the tower ( free admission) has a wonderful terrace cafe overlooking the Tower, Not too well known , its not expensive and the view is stunning. Love the vids

I watched your video. Where was the dining controversy? I didn't see one, other than ordering pineapple on a pizza. That's a fail in my opinion. I love pineapple but not on a pizza.

Livorno is a nice city to walk round , which we did , canals and lots of restaurants or bars interesting place , worth a wander if you have done the usual sights like Pisa etc from the Livorno .

Recently back from a Princess cruise to ports including Santorini, Dubrovnik and Istanbul. Shuttle buses were $16.95 return each, so times that by 3 for the ports and that was the end of our onboard credit for the 2 of us!

An other entertaining vlog. We had a similar trasnger experience in Italy. An expensive transfer from the ship to the station and back for 6 euro one way in Civitiavecchia. It seems like good business for somenone. There was supposed to be a free transfer from the port, bit those busses where nowhere to be seen when we where there on a Vorgin ship. Apparently they where there but it was not clearly signposted. The return train ticket to/ from Rome was way cheaper .
