While the OM Mantra (also called AUM Mantra) is one of the most commonly chanted mantras and can be used for a wide variety of mantra meditations, it also is particularly important to the third eye opening. OM mantra chanting can help you break loose the constraints that you have imposed upon yourself. The constraints that hinder yourself to listen to your inner wisdom and prevent you from using that wisdom to chart the best course for a life of purpose and passion.
Also called the “Frequency of Gods”, the 963Hz Solfeggio frequency is said to awaken any system to its original, perfect state, as well as to assist in the process of Pineal Gland activation and Third Eye opening. Its tone helps us return to Oneness, to our very source. If you feel disconnected with the rest of the world, the 963 Hz frequency can help complete your awakening with the interconnectedness and Oneness of the Universe. I heard a deep Aum chant like this while climbing Mt. Shasta many years ago after a night around a fire at a Rainbow Gathering Healing Circle. The sound was even deeper and came from the land itself, or so it felt to my friend and I. We did get dosed the night before, but still. We both heard it and it was awesome! He still remembers that day around 48 years ago! I am so glad to have found this and will use it as I broadcast pure love and light from the center of being. Svaha!

I truly needed to hear this tonight. I have so much trauma going through me after having gone through narcissistic abuse from several individuals. I’m fighting as hard as I can to find peace within me.
Me too was in a Narcissistic relationship for 44 years, I lift him september the 8th 2023, I thank GOD for opening my eyes to that spirit Asé! 💜💚💜
I really can sympathise with your situation alimccreery. These monsters stalk/ target certain types of people, usually empaths etc.
I was breaking free of one & falling into another narc relationship on a regular basis. Even my counsellor was a narc & she was the worst ever.
Don't fight for your peace, any struggle at this moment will only exacerbate your condition.
Just give yourself all the time in the world to heal, slowly, gently &deeply. This all will pass from you & you will be the stronger, wiser, and kinder for it.
Hopefully, you will recognise the red flags & walk away from these monsters in future. But give yourself time & try not to blame yourself either. Wishing you luck lady. 🙏

I’m doing great, I’m still dealing with the loss of my little dog and two cats but I got away and I’m doing exactly what you suggested. Some days are better than others but it’s to be expected and everything I’m feeling and experiencing is normal for someone who has been dealing with the worst type of people on the face of the earth.

I to9 have severe tinnitus, this does soothe a bit, but the high pitches and beeps in my head still sound loud and clear unfortunately. Tell your sister to try hypnotherapy or she must learn to ignore it, that is what I did.
There's this guy, Eric Pepin, that says that the tones of the universe sometimes sound like titinitis. 👍

U must have a good stereo if u can "feel" it . I recommend Bose jewel cube speakers and a good bass/ amp. Those speakers changed the way i hear music and in accordance, my life. This is the best freq meditation i have found yet.

Anyone else use throat singing to chant the OM? I started practicing throat singing a couple years ago it really helps thats why the voice in this video is so powerful!!!!!!i give thanks and love
