Thank you very much! I could not find a video on this topic in Russian, but I found you! I am very grateful to you, at the same time I will improve my English ❤️
Thanks for the informative video's, I felt like I've already learned a lot on plants, but some details your video's provide just add the knowledge that's not already out there! At least not in such an orderly and proffesional set-up. Also love the cheery fibe, patience and accent! Haha
The radiator heat is deadly and has killed a few plants over the years. I now use grow lights in winter, because the windowsills are all above the heat. I had no idea that electronics can change humidity in the room. Very weird. I’ll be cleaning my windows tomorrow. Thanks for the info!
I love watching your documentaries, actually repeatedly watched.. It so informative & helpful. Personally you look stunning and excellent talker.... I love you crowning... Thanks a lot.
.. Who said winter?? 😲 😨 🌬️❄️ 🌨️ ⛄Sometimes a reminder of winter care is needed.. Thank you for new ideas ☺️ I've already got vases, glasses and jars sitting with water everywhere between groups of plants.. But maybe I should make a few in the windows too 🤗
Most certainly the BEST video on winter care so far! Just shared this in my plant Facebook group since I think everyone should watch this! Well done, SPG! Lots of love from Germany
Thank you for your great channel and videos, they are really helpful! It would be great if you could do an own video about pests and pest control, espacially now in the winter time. I've been struggling with thrips for over a month now, and any tips would be great! I'm from Finland and the dry air seems to be like a magnet for thrips. 🙈
.. 1 tsp neem oil, 3 drops of lavender dish soap, 5-10 drops of Japanese peppermint oil in a 500 ml spray bottle.. Spray and soak the top soil good, then clean the leafs using a kitchen towel on both sides of the leaf.. It removes whatever pests you have.. You need to do this every week for about a month.. The thrips are laying their eggs, that become larvae and then flies, in the soil as far down as the middle of the pot.. They are suckers for wet and very moist soil.. If you can, you can take the plant out of the pot and have a look at the soil (same way as when checking roots), that's how you can see how far deep the larvae goes.. Then just use the spray.. If it is really bad, you have to remove the soil completely, clean the roots in lukewarm water, spray and give a clean pot and new soil.. Give the old soil to the garden 🌞🤗
After watching this video, I'll have a big job to do. I'm going to move away my plants from the window sill and radiator. Also do the other 7 things mentioned.
Wow 💚 once again what a great video with a topic I've looked for, with many great tips.💚 Asking staff in some flower shops can be a big problem, as they don't even possess the basic skills, if you ask them something they scratch their heads and look like living question marks, their answers are all too often awkward.🤪 Regarding misting the plants, I do it once a week in winter not only to increase the humidity but also to prevent pests, is it a problem for my plants?🤔 I also have humidifiers standing in all rooms. Oops my plants are like their mother, a little tired in the morning😴 but I do not think they feel so bad about it. I only feed my plants when I see that they give me new leaves,🌱 I have some that do it even wintertime.💚 Thanks again for a great video that I have already seen several times😍💚🌿💚
What about the effect of noise from electromagnetic forces? Plants must adjust to loud bass booming speakers, barking dogs, loud television and video game noise, emf noise from laptops and cell phones, wi-fi hotspots, etc. Over time all this emf noise must have a negative effect on the immune system of the green plant. You should do a video on this overlooked issue.
Hi many thanks for all your excellent videos. They’re so helpful for the average plant lover like me 😊 I live in Malta where the humidity (in the house) during winter is 65-70%. I mist my plants once every 8 days. I use a neem oil and soap solution with every misting. Is this ok please? Thank you and best regards
Can you tell me why my Calathea musaica has yellowish edges some of its leaves? It also has usually one or two brown circles on some of the leaves. Overall, the plant is healthy and huge and continues to grow and grow and grow, but I am concerned about these two issues.
Hello guys, can you tell me what's the correct percentage a room with plants should have? And, if the room reaches it, can I avoid misting the plants? Sorry if the question seems stupid and thank you in advance. Ciao!
hej, kan du ge tips på växter som bäst tål vinterkyla och vind? jag vill ha växter på fönsterbrädan men jag gillar att ha fönster öppet ibland, oavsett sommar eller vinter. Tack för svar!

Would it be good idea to put some soap in regular misting water for pest prevention ?
