Thank God I saw the original in the early seventies because brother is a bad imitation. Don't get me wrong Lynyrd Skynyrd is my favorite band of all time.
I saw ZZ top and Skynyrd a year ago last week. My woman bought me tickets before Rossington died, effectively ending what was left of Skynyrd. Billy Gibbons opening blew the roof off, and then "Skynyrd" came on. I had a really hard time caring but stayed and acted enthused just because she bought me them and I'm not an asshole lol.
