Shrimp Boil Ingredients
•
1 lb shrimp (pealed or not) I like a half and half mix
1 lb Precooked Sausage (sliced)
1.5 lbs Small Red Taters (halved and quartered)
1 Stick butter
2 Beer
4-6 Ears of corn (frozen)
2 Limes (1 sliced and 1 squeezed)
Old Bay
Pit Boss Mango Magic
1/2 Pan
Foil

Cook temp 350°
•
Add butter to the pan and allow to melt on the Boss, then toss in the taters and season with about 1 tablespoon of old bay. Next add your sausage, corn, limes, and give it another good dust with the old bay. Now it’s time for the beer, go ahead and pour in a beer (drink the other). Cover with foil and cook about 1 hour (or until the taters are tender).
While you are waiting for the taters to get tender go ahead and season the shrimp with the Pit Boss Mango Magic and the juice of 1 lime. Put that in the fridge.
Once your taters are tender, add the shrimp, cover with foil and cook another 10-15 minutes (or until the shrimp is to your liking) 🔥

What do you suggest I can replace the beer with? My son has celiac so no wheat/gluten? This looks great!
You could use a chicken broth water mix. 50/50..
Would this cook well and ok without covering in foil on top?
