5:10-8:25 - Afternoon of day 1
8:25-9:43 - Day 2
9:43-11:01 - Day 3
11:01-12:05 - Day 4
12:05-15:19 - Day 5
15:19-16:11 - Day 6
16:11-18:10 - A week after getting!
18:10-19:35 - Switching bar to shorter length 1st time
19:35-25:02 - Final switch to better jewelry

When l did Medusa Piercing- the second the needle catheter went into my lip - my lip suddenly swelled up and bruises appeared straight away.
But by day 3 the swelling had completely disappeared. I just had few bruises.
Admittedly getting my Vertical labret Piercing was much worse. Which l got the vertical labret 2 weeks after getting the Medusa piercing…but again as l was getting my vertical labret done, as soon as the needle touched my lip. My bottom lip was badly swollen & bruised. It was an extremely painful experience.

Got mine done almost 3 months ago. Was swollen for almost a week but I love it. Yours looks dope! 🖤
Be mindful it can get crusty around the site as it heals so just keep that in mind - especially in the mornings ✨

Getting mine done April 5 and I’m just praying it suits me 😅😂
I used to glue a little rhinestone on my lip with lash glue before I got it just to get a visual idea what it would look like on me since I was thinking the same thing! I think this piercing looks great on so many people tho 🖤🖤

Sadly my Medusa didn’t swell much
Did anyone find the internal skin looked split like a blister ? It is concerning to me..
is it just like a little bump on the inside? ive had that if so! I continued to use the saline spray daily still and it resolved itself in a few weeks
Does it touch your gums or teeth?
Yes it does
I find that you have to drink a straw from the side of your mouth lifting your lip up and then you eat it find that is better
Did you get any bruising in the inside
not that I noticed!
