Crazy. It was a good 7-8 degrees colder in there than the outside ambient, and that was without that 14kW ducted running and blowing air into the space/coils so in summer it would be crazy.
I was very lucky to have good people to teach me early on in my apprenticeship. @stueyknuxx is spot on. Service manuals for VRV/F are the best resource for you to learn.

Something i noticed at 12.00 mins when you show outdoor fan rotation, it looks like the fan cowling is missing?

You must have a good mentor/ training. Is it possible to self taught commercial air-conditioning troubleshooting? I assume it's very difficult.
on VRV/VRF your best friends are service manuals and time/experience 👍
