“Crack crack you’re done” pretty much sums up all of my experiences with chiropractors. Wish I could find someone even HALF as thorough as Dr. Mondragón

Dr Brenda got the Y strap and includes cupping now; her treatment sessions have gone another level up. I envy her patients
I am really glad that doc is able to help so many people. She is really the best chiropractor I have ever seen.

Really going the extra mile with a big smile on her face always, chatty too. We need more people like her as she really does experiment with different methods and is very communicative with the patient. I'm jealous lol.
I have had over 1000 chiropractic adjustments in my life and am always curious about different techniques. I saw her last night on UA-cam and was thoroughly impressed. I wish that there were someone like her in NYC. Please keep posting!

I just had cupping done for the first time yesterday on my shoulder all I can say is wow does it work. I had horrible muscle spasms that nobody could get out and in a matter for minutes it was totally gone. Years of pain and now I'm better.
Was it wet cupping or dry cupping ?

I really wish I lived near you unfortunately I'm hours away. You do so much more than any chiropractor I've ever seen. As a massage therapist I love that you incorporate massage and really working into the tissue and muscles and not just the cracking and adjusting. I'm a big fan! Your clients/patients are very lucky to have you!🥰

I feel like flying from the UK to Orlando just for an appointment, I'm not even sure if the UK has Chiropractors that go so in depth.
IKR, I wonder if the UK has anyone with this much passion, knowledge and experience.
Try an osteopath instead of a chiropractor, they look at the muscles and ligaments as well as your joints and how everything works together 😊
Yeah my mum had a better experience with an osteopath than I did with my chiropractor, much more thorough and muscle based as well as joints

I been watching her videos for a while she is awesome I need all of this my back is all jacked up
Half of this way you was describing especially the hips is almost identical to what my physiotherapy said and can relate although people get confused when I say my loose hip isn't my most painful 1. Although I do have EDS my 1st physiotherapist freaked me out when she said the only reason half my joints weren't dislocating is because of the knots and tightness from years of standing and sitting in ways to ease the pain and I freaked out half the department with the screams from being worked on thanks to EDS and only slight pressure feeling like somebody was trying to pull me apart but needed doing as otherwise wouldn't get anywhere at all. But I know people way more flexible than me who don't have it which then made sense after physio 🙈

honestly I just get the electrode and then some minor adjustments I leave feeling good but then the next day im back to square one even after a few sessions... I feel like I NEED someone who is this thorough.
Typically if it’s hurting enough to see a chiropractor it’s already moderate/chronic condition requiring multiple visits and treatments
Yep VA doesn’t go into personal treatment like she does!
When I go to the chiropractor I sit on this bed that gets warm and rolls your back for like 5 minutes, they get an adjustment and I’m out. 10 minutes tops.

I had cupping done at a massage place for the first time today. I can’t believe the difference it made. I WISH I knew a chiro or an osteopath who could do all these techniques on me here in Sacramento! “Crack crack, you’re done” is my only experience with chiropractors. I wish I could find a chiropractor in NC triad area that is as thorough as her. The adjustments/appointments I’ve had are not nearly as good

I'm in Southern CA, Orange County area, any chiropractor recommendation that does what Dr. Mondragon do? I've been to 2 places and so far all they do is crack crack, in and out in less than 10 minutes.
