First of all, thanks for helping her through her anxiety. I myself am an easily overwhelmed ball of nerves and trust issues. The fact that you help her through that makes me trust you even more. You are truly something special.
You read people so well, anxiety can be difficult because the person clams up so you have to read, reassure and constantly re-evaluate to see what they aren't telling you.

So I hear you correlate hypermobility with EDS a lot, and I just want to point out that there are other similar connective tissue disorders that can have hypermobility as a symptom such as Marfan Syndrome or Loeys Dietz syndrome. These can also have serious heart problems so if the patient also has signs like flat feet, scoliosis, long and thin bones, stretch marks or a pectus deformity, it could be worth considering Marfan or LDS. And I say this because I have Marfan so I know how important it is to get a correct diagnosis. ☺
Stretch marks where? I’m curious because I’m very hyper mobile, have flat feet and was tested for EDS but didn’t have it so maybe I have one of the others?
